GoogleI found Douglas Allen Estate Agents in wickford led by Stuart Pass to be first class. The staff were responsive on any queries i had and kept me informed every step of the way. There was also a monthly stats letter of viewings and the update of where i was also i found the personal app very helfull. I have no hesitation on recommending this company.PositiveResponsiveness

The team at Douglas Allen Chingford have always been very friendly and helpful in selling my house. However Natasha was particularly helpful in following up calls to solicitors and buyer to make sure the transaction eventually went through to exchange. Although the sale took longer than expected, I am happy with the outcome.

Christy at the Wickford branch has been very helpful with our search so far. We have found that Douglas Allen have a more personal approach and Christy has been very proactive with finding us somewhere and has advised us of properties before they go onto Rightmove. She has been in regular contact with us which isn't what we have found from other agents that we have registered with.

GoogleThe current team at the Wickford branch of Douglas Alan, headed by Alex Harding and including Caroline, Demi, Lucy and others behind the scenes of course, s an exceptional team, who works promptly, professionally and punctually. I had a great experience with this team, selling my house. They marketed it online with the photography and virtual tour done within a week of signing with them. I especially admired Alex' approach by inviting his colleagues to the property to view it for themselves gaining insight and feel of it, to be able to sell it. It is always easier to sell if you like your product. They attracted viewers, even before launching the property. I really appreciate that Caroline or Demi arrived before each viewing and took over completely, allowing me to continue with my day, while they showed and explained. They also kept a highly communicative approach with updates. It was no surprise with the amount of work they put in that our first offer came through them 2 weeks after our signing with them. This team deserves their commission: they worked quite hard for it. Well done Alex, Caroline, Demi and Lucy, and thank you.
