Had offer accepted on property with them but they wouldn't remove the property or set it as SOLD STC online. I asked 3 times via email and was just ignored. And once on a call and with a umm and hesitation "ok leave it with me" and then stayed on. Seller.said he doesn't know why it is still showing and asked for it to be removed. Still stayed online as for sale. Workmate rang to make a viewing and they said they will arrange with seller, and never called him back. It only came off after 4 months when the seller had to take it off the market due to not being able to move on to another property.

DO NOT USE CONNELLS! Process started off ok but as time went on they kept letting us down and disappointing us. They couldn't get our property listed correctly on Rightmove, we had to do majority of the viewings, they couldn't do any negotiations on our behalf, communication was poor with both us and our buyer, we were given incorrect information, and when we raised these points with the branch Manager and Area Director they didn't seem bothered that they had unhappy clients. Do not use Connells, they have no duty of care!

I do not work for Connells and can only present my experience with the company to date. They are very professional, responsive and enthusiastic! They've helped both my parents and sister with great outcomes for both! They have also been instrumental in our house sale- I've left 1 star off as we haven't yet completed! Once the process is finalised I'll return to give them their well deserved full 5 stars! I wonder if the person who left that negative review is a competitor? I would recommend them as one of the top tier estate agents in Billericay.
