Chadwell heath branch promised everything, delivered nothing!! Told me how my property was sought after! Auction deal was best. 60 wasted days!! Then told three weeks notice Is needed. Just false promises, very lazy leadership. Wasted 81 days!!! Don’t give them your business. Time wasters.

GoogleHad offer accepted on property with them but they wouldn't remove the property or set it as SOLD STC online. I asked 3 times via email and was just ignored. And once on a call and with a umm and hesitation "ok leave it with me" and then stayed on. Seller.said he doesn't know why it is still showing and asked for it to be removed. Still stayed online as for sale. Workmate rang to make a viewing and they said they will arrange with seller, and never called him back. It only came off after 4 months when the seller had to take it off the market due to not being able to move on to another property.

GoogleDO NOT USE CONNELLS! Process started off ok but as time went on they kept letting us down and disappointing us. They couldn't get our property listed correctly on Rightmove, we had to do majority of the viewings, they couldn't do any negotiations on our behalf, communication was poor with both us and our buyer, we were given incorrect information, and when we raised these points with the branch Manager and Area Director they didn't seem bothered that they had unhappy clients. Do not use Connells, they have no duty of care!
