I only give them one star ... But i would give them 0 stars ..... The lady who came round my flat gave a very good sales pitch told me my one bed room flat would have an open house and be sold on the monday morning ..... The first open house was canceled , they told me due too hot weather and football .... The second one was all booked in and when i phoned to confirm it , they told me the lady who booked it in was on holiday and she didn't even tell me it had been canceled again ....They didn't even phone me with up dates or anything ....I had them on contract for 6 weeks what a total waste of my time ..... I wouldn't use this company at all this was the basildon branch ......

Thank you for sharing your experience with us and we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service you received on this occasion.When Joelle carried out an appraisal of your property she informed you of a success story in which our Basildon branch had listed a property on a Friday afternoon and our customer had accepted an offer on it the following Monday morning. Whilst this is unusually quick, we would strive to have similar interest and success in selling your property.Joelle recommended an asking price for your property however you understandably wished to test the market by trying a higher price initially. Joelle agreed to this with a view to reducing the price if it did not receive the level of interest that we would expect.It is regrettable that your first open house did not receive the interest expected, which we believe was due to the asking price. Unfortunately the customer who wished to attend cancelled because of the England World Cup football match, which also affected the second open house event scheduled and other property viewings. We apologise sincerely if you were not advised that it would not go ahead. Moving home was a big decision for us but we wanted to be near our daughter, we met with several agents and then Jess came to see us and informed us of there Best Offers selling process. we opted for this and received 7 offers and achieved £10000 over the asking price which was £20000 what the other agents said. The whole team were great, James managed to negotiate our sale and with him and Jess by our sides it was no where near as stressful as we thought it would be.

I specifically want to call out Hasan (East Ham branch) as genuine, reliable and always ready to help. He struck a really nice balance between providing considered advice and also allowing us space and time to make our own opinions, and draw our own conclusions. Nothing about his approach was pushy and he was always respectful of our time and how he could best support us - making sure our priorities were understood. Hasan's approach really stood out as different and a world away from a hard sell. Matt Wilkins (Wanstead branch) was also very helpful and took a similar approach. He was very reassuring and really approachable, making time to get to know us and talking things through. Last week, I called into the office with regards to a flat I found. A very friendly young man whom goes by the name of Hasan picked up the phone. He informed me that the specific property I was interested in was not suitable as it had a short lease. Nevertheless, he said he would keep his eyes open for me. I did not take it serious as all agents say that. To my biggest surprise hasan proved to be an agent of his word and did extensive research for me. Hasan's service so far has been beyond excellent. He treats his clients as friends and not just as clients. I was super impressed by his market knowledge and professionalism. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Then I changed to use Douglas Alan and another agent. My property had only 2 days of viewers then sold! So peter came along, very friendly, laid back, understanding, positive and professional. Each time I contacted him or had questions, he was very clear and helpful.
