The service received so far has been very professional - accurate and clear about the selling process and the specifics of my sale, very supportive during the viewing stage and provided sound and evidenced advice about the bids received. I was very impressed with the detail of info provided on the financial position of those putting in an offer and being able to have access to view activity online was a real help. All the staff in the Walthamstow office were professional and with sincere and welcoming smiles; I must highlight Maria Ticehurst though who was particularly helpful and understanding.
