Thank you so much for the amazing inspection, the lady who came to check our home was delightful and very kind, she took our water pressure problem into account quickly and even spoke a little to my daughter giving her advice on her new braces since she was in pain. im very pleased with how the inspection went.

I had a very awkward tenant who wanted to vacate at short notice without payment - Karen EW was very knowledgeable and ensured that the matter was resolved without having to litigate. Furthermore she went to extraordinary lengths to help me secure a new tenant.Beresfords have acted for me for over ten years and I cant see why i would consider any other agent.
