GoogleI am writing this review because I am so pleased at the level or service I have received and I feel that a few members of staff deserve special praise for their outstanding work. Our sales progression representative Sarah Oakley was diligent, responsive and attentive. She provided an first class service from start to finish. I also would like to give a special mention to Josh Finch who in the early part of our journey was also superb. Worth every penny and the above two are a credit to the company.

GoogleCurrently renting from balgores. Really easy process, Michael was great when showing us around. After struggling and feeling deflated to find rentals due to the market, Michael did really help us out. We were in within 2 weeks which was really good. Definitely recommend them.

GoogleI will never deal with this agents again.Made offer on three properties, other agent was selling cheaper then them. They don't like it and kept the seller and buyer in dark just to get their commission.CHEAP Booked appointment with the mortgage adviser and he didn't have my full documents, but cancelled appointment one hour before by sending mail and leaving voice mail.Didn't have guts to talk to their clients, such as unprofessional behaviour about them told me we can't help young reason was given. Just to mess there customers they can go to any extend specially their staff members Office manager Daniel and Hollie lied very professionally. Decision was made who they going to sell the house just kept us in the dark by their great lying nature.Time waste office with cheap class language. I had phone call from above name to update me, but I am not dealing with this property I don't have information about it, what was the update? I have to give one star this agent doesn't even deserve that. Such as poor service and bad management.

GoogleWe was recommended to speak to an mortgage advisor when calling balgores to look at properties, myself and my husband made an appointment with Lucy. I was not expecting the service she has given us from day one of meeting her. I can honestly say myself and my husband's case wasn't the easiest but Lucy was able to secure us a mortgage!! The communication between us was outstanding and I honestly don't have a bad word to say! Highly highly recommend anyone who wants to buy their first home or is renewing their mortgage to speak to Lucy!! I would give more then 5 stars if I could 😄
