GoogleOn behalf of our family we cannot thank Sarah Oakley enough for all of her hard work from start to finish - she was professional throughout, so conciseness and chasing any queries we had (which was many). Towards the end of the process we believe the exchange happened because Sarah constantly chased everyone in the chain - often doing the chasing that the solicitors should’ve done. We hope Sarah will be recognised for her hard work and commitment- working above and beyond!! Thank you ??

GoogleTo whom it may concern: My name is Delroy Anglin and I am in the process of buying a property in Basildon. I have dealt with a few people at Balgores who have been really kind, but I have to say that one person in particular has been outstanding Sarah Oakley. I have been a pain I kept phoning Sarah sometimes 3 times a day and each time she has be patient helpful and understanding. I wish to personally say that Sarah Oakley is professional in what she does and very helpful. Sarah never gives empty promises and delivers every time. Sarah Oakley has been the best estate agent ever and her manager needs to give her a massive pay rise. Sarah not only are you the best you helpful and I really want to from the heart THANK YOU Kind Regards Delroy Anglin

GoogleI highly reccomend Balgores if you are looking to let a property! Masum was the consultant who showed me round the property, answered all my questions in confidence and was just generally a joy to talk to. I was able to get my references completed within a 4 days with no delays on my chosen move in date. paul and Emily were great help when Masum was away from his desk whenever I called in, not many agents have a team that work so closely together.

GoogleI'm very impressed by the quick and efficient service of Balgores. Masum was the agent who showed me a few flats after working hours, he was very patient and made sure I left with a complete understanding of what is required to rent a property. Masum showed a lot of pride and care in myself as he moved me in within a week of deciding on a flat and met all demands. Paul and Emily were always happy to help when I would call or if I needed updating and Masum was not available

GoogleIncredibly efficient and very reassuring staff. Myself and my partner recently used Balgores lettings to move into a rented property, all I can say is that the move was completely stress free and everything ran like clockwork thanks to these guys. I’d like to say a special thank you to Masum for being in constant contact and being very easy to speak with. A special thank you to Matt for being overly positive, very enthusiastic and helpful with the whole move. Finally a special thank you to Emily for being very quick with sending all the necessary documents for myself and my partner to sign to make the move possible. Thanks again guys ??

GoogleThe service I received from Mas was outstanding. He was always a gentleman and was happy to show us the property multiple times(to show my husband and measure the rooms) he showed lots of care in helping us pick the right property. He was always on the other end of the phone for any questions but if we were unable to get through to him Paul in the office was always happy to help and keep us updated.
