Communication between departments is non existent. Have read through their reviews and quite honestly you think they would want to up their game. So many poor reviews. I do not recommend rentals from this company.

Administratively incompetent. Sadly the CoOp (my Freeholder) use these clowns as their managing agent. Every single invoice I get from them is incorrect and requires call after call to get fixed. Utterly useless.

Lettings team were extremely helpful. Found me a tenant within 3 days for my flat in Kidderminster. Very professional and did it very quickly. Did not have a rushed feel - just a good one.

Ridiculous fees for a first time move. Payed nearly £500 for no help whatsoever. Started paying rent before we were allowed to move in. Wish we went elsewhere. Staff seem uninterested to help.

Under valued our house by 30k! All other local estate agents valued at our sold price. Poor service. Poor valuation. Don’t even think the surveyor was local.
