The most distrustful estate agents in the whole country. You will NOT get the house if you don't pay extra to use their mortgage advisor. Stay clear.

Were very nice before renting the property. After we did, they are now ignoring us and property problems that have been left from the previous tenants. Would not recommend to anyone

Force you to "meet" with their in-house mortgage adviser

Always forcing you to use their in-house mortgage adviser, even if you already have your own adviser and a mortgage offer on the table! Will never use.

Awful experience

Awful experience (Walsall branch), was lied to on several occasions about what was happening. Calls never returned. Rude if you don’t want to use their mortgage service.
