Came upon this agency by accident. However the service i received from staff was exceptional. Jack in particular was quick to remedy any issues and discuss ways forward. Gosia was a good ear in terms of my experience of having people i did not know pass through my home which is part and parcel of selling i know. Overall dam good agency up to completion.

We really can’t praise highly enough how professional and diligent Deepuk and his team have been in dealing with the sale of our property in Hornchurch.We live in Australia and this brings a unique set of circumstances with time difference. This didn’t ever become a problem as Deepuk always managed to email or call with updates. On occasion that we called the office we found the team to be very helpful and this would often be followed up with contact from Deepuk himself.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Deepuk and his team to anyone looking to sell.Very happy with the service and outcome

The team worked hard to sell the property. They kept informed me of the housing market in the locale as the property I was selling was several hundreds of miles from me. Their opinions were honest and I felt reassured that my property and myself were in safe hands. There was respect on both sides throughout and communication could not have been clearer. Although I doubt I will never have a property in that area to sell again, I would not hesitate to recommend them highly to others . With thanks and high regard

Great customer service/care. Me and my partner (First time buyers) brought a house through balgores basildon last week. We were shown around by an estate agent who was great. Very help full. We also went back a few weeks later to do some measuring up, estate agent was great and letting us get on with what we had to do. Sarah is who I dealt with most and she was brilliant. Really helpful on the phone, updating us weekly. Also a big help as it's all new to me guiding me on what's the next step. I would 100% recommend balgores basildon for any one who wishes to buy a house through them as they couldn't do more for you. This was our first house purchase in the UK, and in an unknown area to us (Upminster, Essex), but our sales agent Jessica was very patient and helpful with our questions, Donna was very proactive in getting the purchase across the finish line, and Parmi good with providing insurance options. Our overall experience with the team was very positive, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

On of the branch manager's come to our house to value the property and was quite frankly very rude and insulting. No real communication and conversation on reasons why selling etc. It was purely just walk in take measurements and that was it. The whole conversation didn't provide me with any confidence and generally told the manager to get out and don't come back.

GoogleThey were amazing helping us buy our first home. Stayed in constant contact and were always helpful. They also have a brilliant CountryWide mortgage advisor called Andrew there, who you should definietly go see if you are a first time buyer or just need some extra help!

Chris Wilkinson was fantastic, from each step along the way he was supportive, always clear and made things easy to understand. He was easy to contact with any questions and reassurances and was calm and professional throughout various situations that arose. We would highly reccommend his services and especially for anyone who works for NHS, fire&rescue or other jobs with specific pay structures. Cant reccommend highly enough!

Google5 star service from start to finish. The help and effort from Stevie & Tom to get our sale/purchase over the finish line has been priceless. Any company can sell a house but estate agents like this are what’s needed to chase sales and nudge solicitors. I recommend this agency 100%.
