Amazing service and guidance from Donna Hickey, Claire Dartnell, Chole and Peter Walker at the Upmister branch. At the time I was first time buyers and they all made the whole process go Smoothly for me. Any queries we had they answered it straight away and were very professional. The entire team took great responsibility of my journey for buying my house and treated the process as if it was their own journey. I honestly cannot thank them enough and would definitely recommend their services.

I was looking to organise my life insurance along with my mortgage application. The staff at balgores were very approachable and helpful. In particular Lucy Jenkins put in a brilliant shift in chasing up my surgery for months on end in the respect of my life insurance.

Highly recommended! Undoubtedly the best service i’ve received, having spoken to multiple companies in terms of my lend and where i was at. The enthusiasm and personal touch delivered by their mortgage team and more specifically Cemalie (Gemma) goes unmatched. She really supported me throughout the process, even after delivering their service made a conscious effort to keep track of my progress and offer advice. These are people that love what they do and its not just another paycheque.

Both he and Mackenzie were always available whenever I needed them throughout the mortgage application process, which was very assuring and really sets them apart as excellent advisors.

TrustpilotDONT WASTE YOUR TIME they missed out on big commission! Disgusting customer service
Arrogant company with disgusting customer service!!! they have no idea how to sell a property when they judge on who can actually see it!. We had a big deposit and was able to pay the property price but as we didn’t go with their in-house mortgage advisor they had told us we could not see the property, and didn’t want to WASTE their vendors time! After saying that we reluctantly decided have a chat with him to ease their concerns about us WASTING THEIR TIME. He arranged to call us at 4…. That did not happen He called us at 5.45 to be told that he was “busy with paperwork” (no sorry) but he could go through it now.. we have 2 kids and was in the middle of dinner. So we said we haven’t got time to go through it all right at that second so we just asked again if it was possible to view the property this weekend before we potentially miss out with someone else making an offer…. Again we was told that they didn’t want to waste their time… so we said THATS FINE. We are CLEARLY wasting our time with this companyThey missed out on commission as we are pretty much ready to buy with a large cash deposit and no chain. Well done to balgores staff I’m sure you manager is proud of you. (Which I’m sure he actually is…as ive read SO many bad reviews of this company on trust pilot!) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Awful, we wanted to view a property and was told by Sean we had to have an agreement in principle in place or they would have to validate my earnings to satisfy their vendor. Never heard such absolute rubbish. It’s clearly a hard sell to get you to use their mortgage advisors. Disgusting service and I was spoken to like i was stupid and didn’t understand how mortgages work (despite having had multiple mortgages and owned properties for over 20 years) and a large cash deposit.
