Extremely unprofessional, like others have similarly experienced, they do not respond to email enquiries nor telephone calls. Rather u helpful and abrupt when you contact on their social media and only reply on there as it’s a public platform. I will never recommend this business and I will make sure others know how they act towards potential tenants, maybe they discriminate against a certain group, who knows. But sadly, a very negative experience and for that I will never recommend this company. They also then remove any comments with negative experiences shared on their social media.

Purchase completed in under 6 weeks! James was brilliant in handling the initial viewing and negotiations to help us secure the property the same evening! Donna was superb in talking to both sides and chasing docs to avoid any delays. The office are always on the ball with calls & emails, I couldn't ask for more from an estate agent!

Finding a new homeFinding a new home is hard enough, especially with the pandemic we are in and all the uncertainty. The team in Romford Lettings made this an absolute dream to do. The boiler cut out and the property management team sent an engineer that day who managed to get it all up and running. Cannot recommend enough

GoogleMany years ago I bought the property through Bairstow so decided to sell through them as well. At the time of writing this review, we have just exchanged contracts and that was in spite of one sale falling through. Bairstow immediately found me another buyer. The staff at Bairstow have all been so supportive to get to this point and at all times have been exceptionally considerate. I don't tend to name names because its a good team effort, but Steve Rew has kept me informed at every turn of everything that has happened. The good communications started with the first sight of the property with Jordan, who was clear and straight and no flannel, then both Steve and Ross showed potential buyers, with Steve taking the main role, and back up from Emma. Great communication from the team and an exceptionally good Estate Agents. I live outside Essex so this was done over the phone and I can genuinely say, if you are looking to move to or from the area, they are certainly worth working with. I'm looking forward to completion and thank you the team at Bairstow Eves Basildon.
