As a fist time buyer, purchase your first house is not always the easiest. Although I want to say thank you to Claire, Donna and Peter (mortgage advisor that I would absolutely recommend) for their kindness and their help in this successful project. They always been available for anything we need, it was really good service. Probably we wouldn’t have got our first house in just 4 months without them!!

Completed today on a house purchase and really pleased with the service received from Kellee and Donna from the Hornchurch branch. Kellee was really efficient and responsive from the outset from arranging the viewings to putting forward my offer. She was great at keeping me posted throughout the entire process and always quick to respond. This was even the case after she moved branches. Donna was also great in progressing the sale and was super responsive too. Moving house is definitely stressful and not everyone is so good at keeping all involved updated and progressing things as quickly as possible, so thanks a lot Kellee and Donna!

From the start Peter and his team were just great. Pete clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience in the industry and gave us all possible scenarios for our mortgage needs. Providing the most appropriate advice for our case. We found a property at very short notice and needed Pete to secure a mortgage in principle quite quickly but he managed to do this with ease. When this expired due to how long the process was taking Pete quickly extended this for us. I built a really good relationship with him along the way too. And would seek advice for other financial matters. Pete even helped to secure our buildings insurance. Nothing was too much hassle. Claire was also great in assisting with ensuring everything was moving along smoothly and would follow up with solicitors as required. Thank you so much for all your help to secure our dream property.

Donna Hickey was so so helpful in the purchase of our house we have had a few complications and I don’t think I could of got though it with out her. She was the only one that was communicating with me and keeping me updated with what was doing on I would email her and with in minutes she would email me back with a update and would put my mind as rest that it’s being dealt with nothing was too much trouble and I’m so grateful to her for everything she had done for us and to get us over the line so that house then became ours

I sold my property with these and I really couldn’t of wished for any better. I dealt with Donna hickey and Richard and they was both so professional and everything we could of hoped for. If it wasn’t for donna I really don’t believe I would of completed as she was outstanding, she went above and beyond to help. She chased day in day out as the chain was quiet long and messy. I do believe she also done everyone else’s job also! We really would love to say thank you to the whole team!

Christian and his team took over our mortgage application following some severe incompetence from our previous broker. Christian was very prompt with his correspondence throughout the process of restarting our entire application and although we were incredibly upset about having to do this, he ensured the process was as painless as possible. We got things over the line within 3 weeks which we were very happy with. I would recommend Christian and his team to anyone with mortgage needs.

Michael and Mackensie were excellent. Michael is very knowledgeable and was able to talk us through all of our options in this difficult climate. He worked hard and on a short time frame to secure us the best possible mortgage. Mackensie was excellent keeping us updated with the progress of our mortgage application. Henry from the Loughton Branch has been exceptionally helpful in supporting both me and my husband whilst viewing a property that we might want to let in the Loughton area. He has been honest, trustworthy and ensured he has been available to us even out of office hours. He has listened to me ramble on about my personal concerns about the property and continues to try his best to put our minds at rest at each stage so far. We couldn't have asked for a better service. We have dealt with many estate agents in the past who have not gone above and beyond like Henry has - he has really stuck out as a good egg to us and even if we don't end up going for the property that he has shown us we know that he has done his best to make us feel at ease.

Negative Estate agent made us feel depleted and stressed after he left. Told us we would be lucky to sell the property. Got another agent who priced us 40k more! and was completely positive in the sale. Obviously working for quick sale and commission. avoid

Had a recent viewing for a duplex. The agent who showed us around was not accommodating and not knowledgeable about the property, telling us that all details will be in the pack that she has given us. Also made it a point to tell us that she has other people coming to view the property soon and wanting us out of the property. Also gave me a call back and asked why we viewed the flat if we now realise we want a house. As a customer, I would not want to deal with an agent who thinks that customers are dispensable just because there is a boom with housing sales. We viewed the flat as we were looking for either flats or houses and our viewings have led us to solidify our choice for wanting a house instead. We would have considered this is property if not for the subpar experience we've had. It is not up to the customer to read up on the property because as an estate agent, you should know what you are trying to sell. I think agents sometimes forget that the customer will only put their money into a company that makes the whole process of moving houses a less stressful experience than it already is.

Please ignore all the fake 5 star reviews saying things like Daniella is great (she really isn’t) and you are left with a lot of people saying the same thing which was also our experience. Once they have your money you’re gonna get ignored. We had several maintenance issues which we reported which were ignored and don’t even think about getting your deposit back without having to go through the ombudsman. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

GoogleAbsolutely the worst estate agent false promises of ready investors in hmo most expensive estate agent had on the books for well over year had to do most of the viewings in the end got fresh on board sold with in 2 months and now 3 years later trying for some commission lol be very careful if I could have put no stars ✨ I would have stay clear !!!
