Lewis Channell‑Tomlinson helped us with getting a great product on a mortgage where he was very informative and talked us through every step of the way. We are very thankful to him for his extensive support whilst purchasing our property as you can imagine, purchasing a property can be very stressful. Hayley Rossiter was extremely helpful and very supportive in making sure we had all the relevant paperwork so we were in the best position to receive the mortgage offer. I have to say we have had other mortgage advisors in the past, however Lewis and Hayley have exceeded our expectations and we will continue to use their services for future mortgages.

Having previously used a rubbish company to remortgage, I was quite apprehensive trying again until I met Daniel (early March) through my daughter’s friend. Her description of Daniel was spot on. Excellent, down to earth, cheerily, easy to talk to, a good listener, very patient and knows the business well. Daniel did exactly as promised. The remortgage process was surprisingly quick. This is the second time we have used Michael, Michael initially did our first mortgage 5 years ago and has just assisted with our remortgage. Michael had the difficult job of trying to secure us a good deal, this was challenging especially with the bank of England rising the rates, however Michael managed to find us the best rate at the time. Mackensie was excellent keeping us updated with the progress of our mortgage application. We will definitely use them when we renew in 5 years time.

Brilliant service from the Mortgage Advice Bureau - Gemma Doganca (Mortgage Adviser). Gemma has been by my side for almost a year from viewings and offers through to purchase! She's been a consistent ally throughout (including 2 mortgage applications and offers as the first purchase fell through!) and is highly responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. She is generous with her time and is always proactive and works with your best interests in mind. Her colleague Rohima has also been regularly checking in and helped keep things moving along. Our experience with Michael Gibbon was faultless. He went above and beyond to explain every step of the process and provide alternative options, it really felt like he cared about us and wanted to get the best deal possible to suit our needs. As first time buyers Michael guided us through the process step by step.He informed us of when to do each step so we wouldn't lose out on any money. Michael even contacted us on his day off as interest rates were rising and he wanted us to secure the lower deal. He keeps us up to date with any decreases so we can move over to lower rates before signing our contract. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy a house as he made the experience stress free and we felt supported throughout (even after the mortgage offer). We want to thank Michael and his team for everything.

Can’t recommend Paul Young enough! He was brilliant in sorting mine and my partners life insurance, health insurance, income protection and everything inbetween. We found it really helpful to be able to talk to Paul on the phone and he talked us through everything we needed to know in a way we understood. He definitely got us the best policy for us and our needs and also took all the hard work and stress out of it. I’ve already recommend him to family members and they had the same excellent service. Paul, Dan, Lucy, Sarah and Ross (Basildon & Wickford) were all excellent in our recent sale and purchase. It was a fairly complex case but everyone was absolute superstars and helped us from beginning to end. Dan, Sarah and Ross were fantastic with the lots of queries we had and always keeping us updated. Paul was our brilliant Insurance provider and always very helpful and Lucy was our mortgage advisor who was faultless. I cannot thanks the team enough for their relentless hard work.

Buying a property is one of the most stressful experiences! So having great advice and what felt like a very personal service made it more bearable. I cannot recommend Peter Walker enough, he was down to earth and made me chuckle every time I spoke to him. He chased solicitors, conversed with the estate agents on my behalf and more. Having worked with other Mortgage advisers in the past I can honestly say Pete takes time with his clients to get to know their requirements and goes the extra mile to get them the best deals. I could not recommend Peter walker and Claire Dartnell any more!! Both absolutely amazing to work with. I was a first time buyer so had untold amounts of questions and took me slightly longer to understand, but the patience from Peter to explain over and over again but to also ensure that I did fully understand. He took massive amounts of work off my hands by communicating with my solicitor, seller solicitor and the estate agents and was super productive. They actually made my move journey enjoyable and I just want to thank them both again!!!

Being in a precarious chain, Donna had her hand on the tiller at all times and liaised with all parties efficiently and effectively, ensuring that progress was made at all times. If ever people wonder why you pay an estate agent, this in my view is where you get your monies worth. Knowing that having someone deal with what I would consider as a disaster is Donna's typical Tuesday is just the reassurance I needed.

I honestly don't know how to thank Peter , absolutely fantastic, it seemed impossible to be able to buy a property but thanks to Him I'm now in my new apartment writing this review, Absolutely brilliant!!! I recommend it I don't think you can find better, even when everything seemed compromised with his great experience Peter has always made sure that things went the right way.
