Both Sean and Melissa have been amazing throughout the whole mortgage process. Due to uncertain times we were worried about gaining a new mortgage with a main stream lender but Sean come up trumps and smashed it out the park . Melissa has been great in updating us with the mortgage process after Sean had finalised the agreement and coudnt ask for a better team .highly recommended to all who are searching for either a new home or a move . Claire has been excellent at keeping us informed throughout the process of acquiring a new mortgage. We couldn't have been happier to have her work with us to ensure all documentation was submitted in good time and all checks where correctly undertaken so there would be no delays to the process. Both Claire and Peter have been fantastic at ensuring this process was straightforward and stressful. We will happily be contacting them in the future to undertake our next Mortgage. 5 stars professional service.

GoogleI sold my property through Baristow Eves. My property was listed with other three agents and 8 month passed without receiving a decent offer. Jorden, one of their agents knocked at the door and said that he would like to have my property with their agency. If he would call I would say no but he explained how their agency works and that I have nothing to loose. I said yes and in one month I received the offer for the money I asked for. The agents from top to bottom are professional peoples and was a pleasure to work with them. Emma and Steve took care of me. They called if was a cancellation of the viewing, had my property keys when I was in hospital, kept inform me and my children all the way down. I don't have words enough to say thank you for how they dealt with the selling, how quickly kept me and the buyer informed with the negotiations, and the agreement in 24 of December was follow of completion in two month. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleA thoroughly decent team at the Whitmore Way branch. It took a while to get the sale over the line (Basildon Council being the main cause of delay) but Rhiannon and the team were helpful all the way. I'd certainly recommend them.

Pete Walker and Claire Dartnell are invaluable to anyone looking for a mortgage and the level of personalised expert service they have provided us has been by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a mortgage broker. Pete was highly recommended as a mortgage broker by a friend and it was the best decision we made. Pete and Claire were both fantastic and went above and beyond for us on so many occasions. Pete has an huge amount of experience which was priceless to us as we had a complex leasehold sale as well as the onwards purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and he even sought advice about our sale from his trusted contacts (solicitors and other brokers) to help us with our sale. He made the mortgage application completely stress free and was incredibly knowledgable and realistic about it and we couldn’t be more grateful. Claire has been amazing and was constantly in contact with our solicitors to get updates on both our sale and purchase which was amazing. Thank you both so much!!

Myself and my partner had such an amazing experience when we were searching for a mortgage/house. Our mortgage advisor Gemma was amazing! She was so knowledgable and helped us from beginning to end, I literally can’t thank her enough for all her help and support and knowledge, she made the process a lot less stressful. Even when we were nearly ready to complete Gemma was still searching for the best rates and even managed to get our interest rate lower. After we completed we then was recommended Glenn to speak to us about life insurance, once again he was so helpful and knowledgeable and he helped us for the best deal for our life insurance and contents insurance for our property. This organisation helped us to sell our existing house and purchase our new house. They took all of the stress and aggravation out of this process making it easy and straightforward for us. Nothing was too much trouble. They were unfailing in their limitless patience from the number of times they made themselves available to show us and our contractors our potential new house to the numerous times they helped us navigate the online conveyancing. Their knowledge of the market was spot on and their in-depth knowledge of their customer needs both ours and our buyers and sellers meant that they were able to smooth over any potential problems before they had time to materialise. Excellent service and customer care. We would certainly recommend them unreservedly especially Billy and would have no hesitation in using them for any other moves that we may make.

Lewis Channell‑Tomlinson helped us with getting a great product on a mortgage where he was very informative and talked us through every step of the way. We are very thankful to him for his extensive support whilst purchasing our property as you can imagine, purchasing a property can be very stressful. Hayley Rossiter was extremely helpful and very supportive in making sure we had all the relevant paperwork so we were in the best position to receive the mortgage offer. I have to say we have had other mortgage advisors in the past, however Lewis and Hayley have exceeded our expectations and we will continue to use their services for future mortgages.

Having previously used a rubbish company to remortgage, I was quite apprehensive trying again until I met Daniel (early March) through my daughter’s friend. Her description of Daniel was spot on. Excellent, down to earth, cheerily, easy to talk to, a good listener, very patient and knows the business well. Daniel did exactly as promised. The remortgage process was surprisingly quick. This is the second time we have used Michael, Michael initially did our first mortgage 5 years ago and has just assisted with our remortgage. Michael had the difficult job of trying to secure us a good deal, this was challenging especially with the bank of England rising the rates, however Michael managed to find us the best rate at the time. Mackensie was excellent keeping us updated with the progress of our mortgage application. We will definitely use them when we renew in 5 years time.

She's been a consistent ally throughout (including 2 mortgage applications and offers as the first purchase fell through!) and is highly responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. Our experience with Michael Gibbon was faultless. He went above and beyond to explain every step of the process and provide alternative options, it really felt like he cared about us and wanted to get the best deal possible to suit our needs. As first time buyers Michael guided us through the process step by step.He informed us of when to do each step so we wouldn't lose out on any money. Michael even contacted us on his day off as interest rates were rising and he wanted us to secure the lower deal. He keeps us up to date with any decreases so we can move over to lower rates before signing our contract. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy a house as he made the experience stress free and we felt supported throughout (even after the mortgage offer). Can’t recommend Paul Young enough! He was brilliant in sorting mine and my partners life insurance, health insurance, income protection and everything inbetween. We found it really helpful to be able to talk to Paul on the phone and he talked us through everything we needed to know in a way we understood. He definitely got us the best policy for us and our needs and also took all the hard work and stress out of it. I’ve already recommend him to family members and they had the same excellent service.
