I just want to start by saying a massive thank you to both Peter and Claire, without them we would not be purchasing our first home.Peter stuck with us since the beginning, replying to my texts at all times even when it was late at night when I had a question, arranging zoom calls and explaining the whole process to us in simple terms. I think we are all as relieved as each other to finally get this over the line πClaireβs communication skills were excellent, always replying to emails and chasing on our behalf without us needing to send any reminders she was always one step ahead, she does a lot of work behind the scenes to get all documents sorted and to help the process run smoothly! Claire goes above and beyond! We will defo be back with our next house move (no time soon) and hope you will both still be here to help us again π

The worst estate agent that I have ever experienced. No customer service at all, no insight into the chain, no communication, passed around the office so having to explain yourself to multiple people. How they justify their 1.5% I do not know. Save yourself the stress and use someone else.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED at a call i had with a Basildon agent this afternoon. I asked to view a property that was 10k under what i said i was looking for with the exact amount of bedrooms i want. I was told my deposit is too low, i wont find anything for what i could afford, and no one wants to sell to someone that isn't a first time buyer. He asked if i had a mortgage in principle - which i do. Asked who with and how much. Baring in mind i have only asked to view a property im not even putting an offer in. Now i dont know if iβm spoken to like this because im a women or the market really is this discriminating against second time buyers. But i am appalled. No viewing needs this much information before seeing a property. I was also asked if my current property was listed at a fair priceβ¦what on earth for? Your selling tactics needs reviewing.Will not be seeking any help or advice from these and recommend no one else doing so either.

If you are looking to rent a house and the landlord has placed the house with them, it is better to look for another real estate agency because that is what I do. They have nice houses but unfortunately they don't respond to any emails or phone calls I make. I don't know how they rent it but it's not normal.

Unprofessional and illegal practices. I was told i had to obtain a mortgage in principle from their in house mortgage broker before i could view a property even though i already have a mortgage in principle from my broker. The staff i spoke to was condescending and rude.
