What a brilliant estate agents...

What a brilliant estate agents.... Efficient, friendly and they provide a service like no other. The photos of my property came out brilliantly they really showed it off, it's no surprise it was sold within a few weeks of being put on the market. Gav and his team are always happy to help, I've dealt with Barbara and Emily and on all occasions when speaking with them in the office. They have kept me up to date through the whole process and made selling my first home a really enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend.

We sold our house through Hilton & Horsfall in June this year. I honestly cannot fault them. Firstly they were punctual with all appointments made to value and then to take photographs. We were up and running and marketed very quickly. They have a really good social media presence and excellent knowledgeable staff who kept me up to date throughout the process. I won’t be buying no property with this agency regardless of how much I wanted it! I’m an investor and went to view a property that was advertised with this agency. I gave an offer which was accepted. They wanted confirmation of funds and ID which was provided instantly. I told them I would like another viewing with my builder before providing them with my solicitor details. The lady who was sending me emails, Evie sent me the same email again requesting details of my solicitor even after I’d emailed them saying that I would like another viewing before proceeding. I got a viewing booked in and on the day I had to unfortunately cancel as my car was at the garage. I called and told the person who I spoke to the reason for cancellation and told him I’d like to re-arrange. In the afternoon of the same day I got a snotty email from Mark Horsfall to say they had withdrawn my offer and not to contact them again. Rude, unprofessional and lack of communication and it seems other reviewers are saying the same! Looks like they were only after a quick win. I won’t be contacting them again and you’ve lost out on a sale!

From a positive experience of buying our new home through Hilton and Horsfall we decided to use them to let our house, and could not recommend them enough. Throughout the process there has been someone at the end of the phone willing to help, making what could be a stressful experience a smooth transition.
