Honestly, Mark, Gav, and everyone at Hilton and Horsfall are just the best! Selling my house with them was such a great experience. Even when things got a bit complicated with the chain, they were so on top of it, got it relisted super quickly and sold again in just 3 days! Plus, their photography is outstanding!! The photos listed on Rightmove and social media really showed my house off beautifully. They've been my go to agent for the last three sales, and their let management is excellent too. I've recommended them to loads of family and friends, and it's been brilliant seeing them all have successful sales with Hilton and Horsfall. Definitely a 5 star service, wouldn't go anywhere else!

What a brilliant estate agents.... Efficient, friendly and they provide a service like no other. The photos of my property came out brilliantly. They really showed it off, it's no surprise it was sold within a few weeks of being put on the market. Gav and his team are always happy to help, I've dealt with Barbara and Emily and on all occasions when speaking with them in the offic they have kept me up to date through the whole process and made selling my first home a really enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend.

Our experience with Hilton & Horsfall Estate Agents has been fantastic from start to finish. After previously being with another estate agent and feeling disappointed with the service, the difference when we moved to Hilton & Horsfall was clear straight away. Their communication has been excellent throughout, always keeping us informed and happy to answer any questions. Their marketing is truly above and beyond, showcasing our property in a way that really stood out. Once we secured a buyer, their persistence and speed in responding made a huge difference. They communicated quickly and efficiently with both our solicitors and the buyer’s solicitors, which really helped to keep everything moving and sped up the whole process. Throughout it all, they were friendly, professional, and polite. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Hilton & Horsfall and would absolutely use them again in the future.

I have just left a tenancy I have had with Hilton & Horsfall for the last 2 1/2 years.Mark and team have been absolutely brilliant right from initial contact to arrange viewing, throughout my tenancy, and today receiving deposit back.On the occasions I have had ti contact then fir any issues arising with the property they have dealt with me quickly, efficiently and courteously. If you're looking at renting, and I assum buying, a property on their books then you will be very happy with the service you receive. If I could have given more than 5 stars, I would have.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Kendra at Hilton and Horsfall. She made our experience completely stress free as possible. She was kind and reassuring throughout the whole process and always kept us up to date with important information. Kendra came and took photos of our property and we were blown away with the results and how good these looked, followed up with an amazing write up. Couldn’t thank Kendra any more for her hard work and amazing customer service skills. Will 100% be using Hilton and horsfall again In the future and i would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a properly :)

We intended to seek several valuations/quotes to market our property, however when Mark visited we signed up immediately.He was very professional and had done his research regarding property prices in the area. We were given excellent advice re marketing and Mark went over and above in this regard.Hilton and Horsfall, in my experience, have always presented the best photographs of properties and have very high standards. We certainly weren’t disappointed when our photographs were taken and presented.As it happened, we had an interested party call immediately after the ‘for sale’ sign went up and she purchased the property!I feel confident that, had our buyer not called, H&H would have sold our property for us in a short time. Hilton & Horsfall have sold two properties for me over the last 2/3 years, the most recent one completing this week and each time their overall approach and commitment has been outstanding. From the valuation stage Gavin spent time and effort with me advising the best way to market this through his social media platforms which exploded with interest and also on right move the advert brought a lot of interest and attention. Putting a property on the market during lockdown I was uncertain what would happen but the virtual tour Gavin offered me worked wonders and is highly recommended. I’d also like to say a massive thank you to Kendra who is a huge asset and credit to Hilton and Horsfall’s team. She kept me updated with all progress developments, any emails I sent she always replied to, all feedback from viewings were detailed professionally and emailed to me and she regularly checked in with me to keep me updated on the sale process. I've been renting with H&H for 3 years, on very rare occasions it's taken a follow up email to remind the landlord to act on a issue, but this was literally twice. The rest of my time has been very well managed, things like roofing and gas related issue have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Mark is a really good guy, always happy to help me out, and he was fair with the rent. During a cost of living crisis he kept the rent down and didn't raise the price. I don't trust businesses easily, but I'd recommend H&H to anyone, looking to buy or rent. When I handed back the keys to Mark he was also kind enough to offer his expertise regarding mortgages and offered his contacts freely to me should I need them in the future. A good company acting with integrity and a thoroughly deserved 5 stars. Well done Mark & Team.

The team were Professional, attentive and beyond helpful throughout the process of the sale ensuing I was kept informed immediately of any updates both by telephone and email. The photos and brochure generated a huge amount of interest on Rightmove and Facebook and in turn the house sold within the first week for the price it deserved. I recently bought a property marketed by Hilton and Horsfall. The sale was negotiated by Teal, who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Any query I had was dealt with expeditiously, and there was a constant line of contact and dialogue between all involved parties. Despite Teal acting on behalf of a client, it was evident that there was no bias or prejudice. I don’t suffer fools and I dislike false niceties / sales patter, so it was refreshing to deal with Teal who is genuine, professional and friendly. He is a credit to Hilton and Horsfall.
