A great experience selling our house with Hilton & Horsfall. The service from the initial contact to day of exchange was exceptional. Every contact with Gavin and the team in the office was friendly,helpful and professional.Their marketing across all forms of media is outstanding and the photography excellent - much better than many others you see on Rightmove. I’d personally recommend for everyone to avoid Hilton & Horsfall and their low quality business practices. I had negotiated with Teal to get my rental payment to X price. Upon arrival to sign the tenancy agreement he tried to sneak in a FOUR YEAR TENANCY. I have never in my life even heard of a 4 year rental agreement, nor did I, or would I, ever agree to one like he said. Then upon starting the tenancy we had serious safety and privacy concerns with the landlords who kept entering the property without our permission. I passed this onto Hilton & Horsfall who decided to just pass on my email to the landlords, who came round and shouted at me. I was told I’d get a phone call from the director which never materialised, I was told there’d be a gate installed before my tenancy started… the list goes on.

What a brilliant estate agents.... Efficient, friendly and they provide a service like no other. The photos of my property came out brilliantly they really showed it off, it's no surprise it was sold within a few weeks of being put on the market. You only get one chance to make a good first impression. Well Hilton & Horsfall you've blown it. After I rang you yesterday morning to book a viewing no one got back to me. I left you a voicemail at lunchtime again no one got back to me. Third time lucky when I rang YOU??? at 3pm where you FINALLY arranged a viewing at 2pm the following day. The following day has now arrived and you've told me with no apology?? that you'd misread the email from your seller and could I go next week instead. If you were my estate agents I would be VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED and VERY WORRIED.
