FacebookRecently bought and sold our homes with Hilton & Horsfall and couldn't recommend Kendra and the team more. From the fantastic pictures and marketing of our property (which was sold for asking price within weeks) to always being at the end of the phone with updates and advice. Even arranging extra viewings on the home we were buying so we could meet with contractors, nothing was ever to much trouble.

Massively impressed from the start with their pro activity and personal level of service.They arranged more viewings than the previous agent within a couple of weeks and secured a buyer very quickly following this.They kept me fully informed throughout and I cannot speak highly enough of them! I have recently found a property to rent and have had the good fortune to be dealing with the team at Hilton & Horsfall who are the letting agent. My experience has been exceptional throughout and every member of the team I deal with has been excellent, the communication has been nothing short of outstanding. FacebookGavin and the team at Hilton and Horsfall were absolutely brilliant throughout the sale of our property. Before the for sale sign went up and the house went live on the internet, the pictures(which looked absolutely brilliant) went onto the Facebook page which generated a huge amount of interest and in turn a busy first week with viewings every day. The viewings were booked in and we were constantly notified by phone and email confirmation of all information along the way. After just 9 days on the market we accepted an offer and since then the whole process has been seamless and we are now in our new home as are our buyers in theirs. Never looked at other agents as know others who have used Hilton and Horsfall and they came highly recommended. I would also highly recommend as they were very professional and efficient throughout and if we were ever to move again they would be our first choice. Thanks again...

Gav is truly dedicated to his work and that's why Hilton & Horsfall are by far the right estate agents to choose if you wish to sell or buy a property. Within 3 hours of Gav leaving our home it was live on Facebook with absolute top quality photos which gained hundreds of likes and shares and brought us a some good viewings and essentially turned into us accepting a very strong offer. FacebookGavin and the team can't do enough to help, I took my time to select an agent locally who would work with me to sell the house and be flexible and they knocked it out the park. Take a look at the care and attention for each house they sell in terms of the pictures, description and generally making sure that anyone that comes to view is fully qualified.I can't recommend them enough and they worked quickly to get my house sold, I think it was less than 4 weeks from going live to offer made. Awesome team and they keep you updated every step and when things are happening and go the extra mile to make sure you are totally in the loop all the time.

They also ensure that when matters do arise, they have the best network of supporting contractors at a great price to deal with them. Estate Agents get a bad rap bit H & H dispelled that myth! Even when there was an issue with solicitors Mark or Gavin took ownership of the concern and with their influence ensured a smooth transaction! Very disappointed with how these estate agents handled a house viewing we went to. Asked us to apply via email application which was a read only document so couldn't edit it without really messing about with it. The next day we saw it had been let and we hadn't even been informed. Very unprofessional and when I spoke to them they said the landlord chose someone who he had rented to previously so he didn't even look at our application, wasted ours and many other peoples times.
