GoogleI can’t speak for the company as a whole but shania I can and she is absolutely wonderful, if you get the privilege of having dealings with her you will not be disappointed, she’s friendly, down to earth and so helpful if there is a problem it’s never too big honestly the whole renting process is so easy with having her around❤️

We used Oulsnam Estate Agents to sell a residential property. Throughout the process, the sales team were helpful and supportive. The process was quite lengthy but we were kept up to date with developments. They were quick to return our calls and made efforts to address any issues in a timely manner. They were upfront about the costs for their services and were always honest and realistic. I would recommend them.

We have recently sold a property through Oulsnam and thought it worthy to note the exceptional service we received from Shelbi, Sara and Karen at the Barnt Green office. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. The advertisement for the property was excellent and we were able to sell within weeks. GoogleI’ve really appreciated having Sophie Hawkes as my property manager She’s always been easy to deal with . friendly, professional, and quick to sort things out whenever anything has come up. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something fixed, Sophie’ded quickly and followed through without any hassle. It’s clear she actually cares about the people living in the property, whickes a big difference as a tenant. Overall, it’s been a really smooth and positive experience rentingitate to recommend her.

Bought a house that was being sold through Oulsnams. The girls were all fantastic in the office. Patient, kind, empathetic. It wasn't an easy transaction and it got a bit edgy but the staff were wonderful throughout. I would definitely use kings heath oulsnams in the future and thank you.
