GoogleI've been a tenant of a rental with Oulsnam for ten years now, and they have always been good. My current property manager, Shania Benton, has been absolutely great for the second half of this time. She balances professionalism with being friendly really well, and seems to actually care about the tenant as a person, as well as the property as an asset for the landlord.

From start to finish, the team were professional, supportive, and incredibly compassionate. Due to the sensitive nature of the sale, it was important for us to work with people who showed genuine care and understanding, and Oulsnam did exactly that. They handled everything with empathy, patience, and respect, never making us feel rushed or under pressure. When selling my late father's house, we found the Barnt Green team to be professional, helpful and communication on all matters were prompt and informative. This review would not be complete without mentioning Sarah (Kirk). Throughout the whole process she was helpful, supportive and easy to talk to. Giving detailed feedback on viewings, useful tips and putting in a considerable amount of effort to ensure the sale went through with her kind and cheerful manner, always returning calls promptly. Due to Sarah the stressful process of selling our old family home was made so much easier.

GoogleTerrible experience. Had a property viewing scheduled in for 3pm, I arrived 15 minutes early. Ten past 3, no sign of an estate agent anywhere so I called to be told they were on their way. 3:30pm comes and still no sign, no update and no apology so I had left to go to another viewing of a beautiful property let by a competitor (which we are now renting.) I then had a follow up call from Oulsnam asking what I thought of the property.. I got stood up by the estate agent so couldn’t have told you. It was incredibly disappointing to have had to chase where the estate agent was to begin with but to also not have recieved an apology was another kick in the teeth.

There was a mix up with our reps diary which led to the delay and I fully appreciate your frustration and again I just wish to apologise on be half of the company for not keeping you updated and failing to deliver the service you deserved.
