GoogleShocking company. Not only did they not turn up on a booked delivery they did not even phone to say they were not coming. No reply to my email and I had to chase them to be told "don't know why they didn't deliver cant get hold of driver but delivery is now cancelled altogether so you need to contact who you purchased dishwasher from." Needless to say I have cancelled item altogether.

GoogleDue to have a washing machine delivered on a Saturday morning 8-10am did not turn up, click on the tracking app, for it just to say delivery not possible, no other reason and no update given to us as customer, called their telephone number to find their offices are shut on a Saturday. Now have to wait until Monday to find out where it is, another weekend with no washing machine. Poor service!

GoogleOrdered a fridge freezer from Bosch like person before was given a time slot. After time went by I contacted the company many by phone only info they had at customer service was job needs to be by 2 people and nobody had even contacted me. The customer service team didn't even phone back after telling me they will. These companies need to use a better delivery company.w

GoogleWaited in all day for delivery and not appeared. Called 2 times, cannot give update or say when I will get it. No courtesy call to say sorry we are running late or any other excuse they can make up. Oh and tracking systems down, surprise surprise. They are worse than evri. Avoid at all cost. Certainly won't buy if retailer uses them to deliver. Avoid Avoid avoid

GoogleAbsolutely disgusted by their behaviour. After loosing my father and asking for a probate value, I was informed it would be a “free valuation” when my mother in a terrible state entered the office and being told “it’s a business quote so it’s £200” by a very officious gentleman and she left in tears. Well I would not recommend this heartless company at all.
Dear Mr Chugg We are so sorry to hear that your experience with our office was not a positive one, the gentleman you met in the office no longer works for the company but we can confirm that we do not charge for probate valuations, unless of course you needed a RICS valuation for anything such as inheritance tax purposes. GoogleDelivered an appliance from Bosch. The email from the delivery company said they would phone in advance, unpack, take away packaging and check for damage. They didn't phone, refused to unpack and refused to take away packaging. They were rude and told me the email didn't say they would do so. They also got annoyed when i signed saying it was unchecked.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Webber’s Barnstaple. The whole team were brilliant from start to finish and we are so pleased we chose them after having some negative experiences with other estate agents. Connor took exceptional photos, he was respectful of the house and marketed it to make it look its very best. He was fast to get it on the market and it was live within an day. Our house had offers within 24 hours! Jake helped to manage the negotiations really well. He listened to what we wanted and communicated to all parties helping us to get over asking price. Once we had an offer accepted we were paired up with Sarah, the sales progressor, who helped to chase solicitors and other parties in the chain. This was brilliant as it helped to get the sale moving without the stress on us. It took only 3 months from start to finish to sell our property. Overall, we are so pleased with the service we received and would recommend to anyone.

GoogleThis company did not deliver my fridge freezer when they said they would. (After sending many texts beforehand). They then didn't ever text again! Still not heard anything and Hoover claim to be escalating it. Not so much. As usual a complete lack of urgency for a simple problem which is after all their one job.

GoogleHad a 2 hour delivery slot booked for a tumble drier, waited in, and no delivery. Just spoken to the company who said the driver couldn’t find our house (Amazon mange to find it in the dark) and they can’t now deliver for another 5 days! The driver also claimed to have called me twice, but I didn’t get a call and no missed calls.

Having had a hostile tenant, the amount of care and compassion they went to, bending over backwards to accommodate the tenant's needs was so far above and beyond, all I can say is how grateful I was. When the property was then vacant, Webbers found a buyer within 1 day. I made a good offer on a property in Launceston, showed them proof of funds and ID and patiently waited for the vendors reply, only to be contacted by the agent by phone 3 days later saying they wanted personal details about me, my life and my family. Intrusive, inappropriate and rude. I am waiting for their privacy policy disclosure statement. I would not use them or trust them again.
