Really unprofessional, agents are very rude, both in person and on the telephone, we rent privately with a different agent, they are selling the property we are in. If we don't agree with us turning down a viewing time, they contact the landlord who contacts our managing agent who calls us to pressure us to take the viewing. Its childish and really annoys me. I have mobility issues and it takes around 3 days to clean ready for a viewing, having explained this they still act like children.

GoogleThe team at Evolution IT is lead by Duwayne Lake who is not just super helpful but thorough, patient, knowledgeable and effective. I've lost count of the number of times i have called him at inconvenient hours to sort out something that was probably my shortcoming in the first place and he ALWAYS resolves the issue swiftly. His colleague Ricki Rajah is in the same mould. 5 stars for sure but would award more if i could!

Last week my daughter, Carrie Arnold, took over the tenancy of a home in Barnstaple, through your lettings agency. Carrie gained a post at Exmoor Zoo and had 4 weeks to find a house to rent near to her new job, which seemed a very daunting prospect. The facts that she was moving over 260 miles, had never been to North Devon since she was 5 years old, knew nobody in the area and had only 2 working days when she could visit the area seemed insurmountable problems. We really thought that there was little chance of her moving into a new home before she started at the zoo. However, your company made the seemingly impossible very “do-able†and Carrie moved in 5 days before starting her new job, which was just 20 days after your receiving her application. She and I have nothing but praise for Webbers Lettings, as everything we needed was taken care of: you led the process professionally, encouragingly and with a friendly tone on the telephone. You kept us informed at each step of the process and answered every panic striven question we had with patience and understanding. So many, many thanks for your excellent service. Not only did you allow Carrie to move into a super new house but you made her move to her new job at the zoo far more enjoyable and far less stressful than it could have been. For this both she and I are extremely grateful. I dealt with at least 3 members of your staff, so have not personalised this letter
