GoogleAs a buyer of a house from Webbers I have found them extremely difficult . Like all Estate Agents they are your best friend when you are viewing. Once you have made an offer, forget it. In fact they have made the whole process worse often miscommunicating messages to the vendor. Their sales progressor team is a waste of time, often very sullen and fails to appreciate the legal nuances of selling and buying a house. Things like covenants, tenants and Radon gas cannot be easily dismissed as "I'm sure it wont be a problem". Legally they are. I'm so glad I am not paying the agent fees.

GoogleA nice company to deal with. I have used them several times in the last couple of years and would do so again. Fair and thorough, and if they get something obviously wrong in the inventory they are happy to correct it and quickly too. Good value and have always been available when I want them. It probably helps that at the end of their visit I am around to discuss any significant areas of concern for them so we are not getting our wires crossed.
