GoogleI had a bad experience with this agency. I am still waiting to hear about my deposit. It has been dragging on for 6 months
Hi Shivan, thank you for your feedback. I've spoken with the Lettings Manager about your case and despite us advising you that notice was required before you left, this was never received. Therefore your account fell into arrears and there is no deposit to be returned. Our end of lease team have been in communication with you in relation to this. GoogleStay away from this estate agent nothing but robbing gets take money from you left right and center for doing nothing to help you even tho the house they let out to me and my partner wasn't even fit to be lived in and didn't help get any repairs done in 5 months even after a broken radiator poisiond my dog and we had no working smoke alarms!!

GoogleOverall a great experience from Your Move, Their panel of solicitors are so efficient and get back to you more or less straight away, Didn't really need to chase my sale as Ellie did this for me or I could check for updates through my portal which was fab as I work long days and cannot always access my phone.
