We had a house to sell so called your move as my sister in law had used them and had a pleasant experience. Sarah came to value our home, she was so reassuring, she gave us all the information we needed to be able to make an informed decision, we decided to go ahead and cancel 2 other estate agents as i was confident your move could deliver the results we were promised. We were on the market within 3 days and having viewers round, within the week we had an offer, it came in a little lower than expected but laura worked her magic and got them to increase by a massive £8000. extremely pleased with the whole service, would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you so much

I rented a property through this agent and moved out couple of months ago. I cleaned the property and handed over the keys. This horrible company has not still taken measures to release my deposit even after landlord consented to release deposit My advise to all , please do not rent through this company at all.

Alicia at the Barnsley branch helped us move into our first place from start to finish and we could not have asked for better service. From personally showing us around the property herself at same day notice on her way home from work, to keeping in touch every day and making sure everything went smoothly throughout and checking in afterwards to see how we had settled in. I’ve not received customer service like that for a long time. Thank you so much!

The person who showed me the property had no idea about anything. She just had a key to enter and could answer any of my questions correctly. All the information received from her was incorrect. Went to the office in Barnsley and there I was practically lied and misinformed so I can apply. Applied for the property and when I received the contract I had a big surprise. I was told I can pay £50 and that will include all bills apart from council tax but in the contract that was only for the electricity and it wasn't a choice, I can't change the Internet provider and it wasn't for the property that I applied. Tried to contact them a few times but the person dealing with lettings was very busy and I was promised a call back, also left a few messages but no one got back to me. Lovely experience.

Professional, friendly staff at the Barnsley branch... Jess the agent who looked after our house sale and honestly, I couldn’t recommend them or her higher. We have had a bad experience with the first estate agent we tried, so I was quite cautious on choosing Your Move. This uncertainty was soon laid to rest was soon laid to rest due to the personality and professionalism of Jess and Emma. From putting our house in their hands it sold and completed in weeks. Again, I can only thank them for all their hard work. Fantastic!

It doesn't pay to be with Your Move, it costs to be with Your Move. It costs to get in, it costs extra to stay and costs even more to get out of one of their properties. A middle man between another middle man to get any maintenance done, as well as threatening voicemail left about breach of tenancy agreement and extra costs/fines due to work being carried out by myself, out of my own pocket, because nobody got back to me for months about a quote for the requested maintenance. Go private and save yourself hassle and a fortune.
