GoogleTerrible at managing properties. On a fully managed service and I spend more time talking to my tenant when there is an issue then they do. Not open 7 days a week, hardly fully managed when my Sundays consist Not having to manage my properties. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

GoogleFantastic Service from this estate agent. Used several over the years but these were the best to date. Jess who sold my house was exemplary from start to finish, kept me updated throughout and a lovely person too. If you’re looking to sell or buy give Jess a call she was brilliant.

Google*** I used Alan Smith to do the mortgage on my first home, I was confident with the advice provided and with the money he has saved me over the years! I've recently re-mortgaged with him and would recommend his services to anyone looking for the best advise! ***

GoogleBought my house through Your Move in 2013, after having the mortgage survey done, I was informed that the property was actually leasehold and not freehold. Your Move had been advertising the property for 1 year as freehold. No explanation given. Very misleading. Poor customer service.
