Whenever I felt there was lack of updates from the conveyancing lawyer, Ellie ensured outstanding enquiries were chased up and I was kept abreast of the situation. I had 5 estate agents out at the start of january to value my house, Your Move were the only company to send me a confirmation e-mail of my appointment beforehand and give me a courtesy call from Sarah to confirm the details, they were very thorough from start to finish. I decided to use them as my agent of choice based on the professionalism from Sarah and the valuation she provided and I can confirm I was not disappointed, the service I received was exceptional, they made me and my wife feel so at ease with everything and to top it off they sold my house within 5 hours of it being on the market and still achieved the asking price in CASH! We are now dealing with the solicitors who they recommended and so far so good, they have been so helpful and Ellie in the office has been progressing it for us making our lives that little bit easier. If you're looking to sell your house I would certainly recommend Your Move in Barnsley. Thank you for everything so far!!

The person who showed me the property had no idea about anything. She just had a key to enter and could answer any of my questions correctly. All the information received from her was incorrect. Went to the office in Barnsley and there I was practically lied and misinformed so I can apply. Applied for the property and when I received the contract I had a big surprise. I was told I can pay £50 and that will include all bills apart from council tax but in the contract that was only for the electricity and it wasn't a choice, I can't change the Internet provider and it wasn't for the property that I applied. Tried to contact them a few times but the person dealing with lettings was very busy and I was promised a call back, also left a few messages but no one got back to me. Lovely experience.
