GoogleFrom first contact with Emma when she came to value our house we knew Yourmove would be the right estate agents for us! Stephen was so helpful when we came in to "sign up", answered all our questions, nothing too much trouble and at no point did we feel pressured into anything. We then came in to see the wonderful Alison who sorted porting our mortgage, sorting our insurance (freed of charge) and to top it all off she was so friendly, warm, easy to talk to and took the time to get to know us and our children so she could tailor her service to meet our needs. Another broker offered the service significantly cheaper, however we stuck with Alison! She gave off such a good vibe. She kept in contact the whole time and even called me on moving day just to say good luck! I phoned and nagged and bugged the life out of Jess in the office, at no point did she get annoyed (i hope not anyway) she was so helpful, kept us up to date the whole way through. Nothing ever too much trouble and very very knowledgeable!! Thank you so much to everyone at Yourmove. We wouldn't be in our new home if it wasn't for you guys!

GoogleWe bought our first home through Your Move Barnsley and we can’t recommend them enough. Our case took more than 6 months and during this time all of them were super kind, reachable and helpful. We spoke often on phone, there were text messages and emails. I went in the office 3 times only. In the beginning and in the end. I’d like to express our appreciation to Joe specifically as he helped us with something beyond the business when we were turned away at other places. Thank you Your Move team for the experience!

GoogleI will never use Your Move again. They outsource services and take no responsibility for the quality of those services. There were problems from the very begining. I already paid deposit and first rent and supposed to take key next day but I had to wait another 2 weeks because Ypur Move was not able to sort out situation. Even if I was told that all is good. Many things in the middle - they didn't fix even one problem I reported to them. And at the end the check out was late 2 weeks. So they keep my deposit over agreed 10 days period and theoretically the deposit is "secured". Never ever again.

GoogleYourMove Barnsley have been phenomenal over this last 9 months. We have just sold our father's house through the branch, which wasn't a straightforward process due to unforeseen issues. At every point we have received support, guidance and no question has been too silly or difficult to answer. Special thanks has to be given to Laura Tyers. She has gone above and beyond. We honestly cannot recommend YourMove Barnsley & Laura enough. We will definitely be using their services again. Massive thanks from us!

GoogleI went to a lot of estate agents but your move came across as the best one in Barnsley. They always turn up on appointments, never cancel viewings and are very accommodating if you are running behind schedule. I met 4 of the staff members so far, Laura, D Smith, Liz and Ellie. They all have been extremely polite, helpful and cooperative. They go an extra mile to help out their customers. Definitely recommended and you will not be disappointed. GoogleWe just sold our home with Your Move and I must say they were fantastic. Stephen guided us very well on how to price the house despite a wide range of valuations from other estste agents. The photos taken the house made us think wow we would want to buy it and probably helped us get the offers we did. When we accepted the offer, Jess in the office was a pleasure to deal with.
