I used your move Barnsley for both my sale and my purchase due to the excellent service I received last time I used them. Once again they went above and beyond, Nichola as usual was fantastic as are all the staff. They dealt with all my strop's and meltdowns when things weren’t moving but we got there in the end. I was selling a house several hundred miles away from where I live due to bereavement and it was important that I had an Estate Agent I could trust to minimise the hassle. I met with a couple of Estate Agents and Ellie Clearly at Your Move was the only one who spent some time getting to know the home and building a relationship with the customer. Initially the price was strong and interest was limited, but Ellie consulted with me on my options and after making a few small changes the house sold within a few weeks. Since then everything has gone smoothly and within 2 months the house sale has completed. Very happy with the your move office. It has been a pleasure from start to finish. From the moment i walked in the office and spoke to Nicola to Completion yesterday has just been smooth sailing. When George initially came out to see us i wasn't sure whether marketing my property just yet was the best option for me and my husband. George filled us full of confidence and was very confident now was the right time to sell. How right he was. What a wonderful customer experience. Every member of staff that I spoke to were on the ball and so helpful. I never even entertained contacting another estate agent to sell my house and from start to finish they estate agency were amazing. The only down side is I wish I didn't use their conveyancing lawyers as they were very disappointing. However Your Move Barnsley were just fantastic.

From first contact with Emma when she came to value our house we knew Yourmove would be the right estate agents for us! Stephen was so helpful when we came in to "sign up", answered all our questions, nothing too much trouble and at no point did we feel pressured into anything. We then came in to see the wonderful Alison who sorted porting our mortgage, sorting our insurance (freed of charge) and to top it all off she was so friendly, warm, easy to talk to and took the time to get to know us and our children so she could tailor her service to meet our needs. Another broker offered the service significantly cheaper, however we stuck with Alison! She gave off such a good vibe. She kept in contact the whole time and even called me on moving day just to say good luck! I phoned and nagged and bugged the life out of Jess in the office, at no point did she get annoyed (i hope not anyway) she was so helpful, kept us up to date the whole way through. Nothing ever too much trouble and very very knowledgeable!! Thank you so much to everyone at Yourmove. We wouldn't be in our new home if it wasn't for you guys!

I cannot recommend Stacey Johnson from your Move Barnsley enough. My house sale has been difficult to say the least but she has been amazing every step of the way. Nothing has been too much, she’s stayed in contact almost every day with even the slightest update. She has been more than happy to help throughout, always being friendly and polite. Professional, friendly, staff at the Barnsley branch.. Jess was the agent who looked after our house sale and honestly, I couldn't recommend them or her higher. We have a bad experience with the first estate agent we tried, so I was quite cautious on choosing 'Your Move'. This uncertainty was soon laid to rest due to the personalty and professionalism of Jess and her colleagues. Jessica and Stephen at Your Move Barnsley helped us throughout our process of buying our first house. They have been the absolute best and I could not recommend them enough!! Jessica and Stephen kept me fully updated throughout and I knew I could contact them easily if I needed to update them on anything.
