GoogleBrooke was absolutely amazing. From viewing the property to moving in within the space of 4 days was incredible. Very communicative throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble. GoogleI needed to sell a property that I rented out. From the very start staff at your move were very informative and helpful. Joe contacted me immediately after viewing the property and was very knowledgeable about relevant details, something I didn’t get from other estate agents when looking for an initial valuation. Since they took on the sale of the property until completion all staff have been fast to respond to any emails or phone calls and at providing me with updates. A big thank you to Ellie for being patient with me when things got complicated and for how she handled my concerns. I highly recommend this team, they may be slightly more expensive than some competitors but they are well worth it! Rachel

GoogleI had a tenanted property become available. They arranged photographs & listing of the property whilst previous tenants were still in. The day after she moved out I had over 25 viewings in a 2 hour slot. The property was let that day. Very efficient service. They took care of everything. GoogleEllie was fantastic helping us through the purchase of our family home. She went above and beyond dealing with both sides and the solicitors to keep the sale moving forward. Could not of asked for anything more. She had updates for us regularly. Ellie also came on our second visit with us and entertained our daughter while we measured up, she didn’t have to but she was a real help. All staff were always friendly and helpful and always seem to have the updates when we popped into the office. Thank you

GoogleWe cannot thank your move barnsley enough. We found our dream home and within 2 weeks our house was on the market and sold!!! The communication from Jess was brilliant and she was there every step of the way. Alison Embraces financial adviser was second to none she was efficient and processed our mortgage application and ensured we were fully covered should anything happen our mortgage application was applied for and approved within 3 days!!! We have now moved into our dream home. We want to personally thank Jess and Alison for all their hard work and determination in helping our home move as stress free as possible at the end of the journey jess and Alison felt like personal friends. Cannot recommend this branch enough take the step and use them you won't regret it. five stars all round.
