GoogleJust when I thought I never was going to sell my house. Due to using a rubbish estate agents. Stephen at Haybrooks visited my home. Took photos put it on the market. It has sold within a week. Amazing communication from Stephen & all the staff. Would highly recommend to anyone. I'm looking forward now

FacebookI am disgusted with how my daughter has been treated by Haybrook's manager Nick. She has been made to feel unreasonable for accepting a vendors offer to carry out work on their property which she had placed an offer on. She did not ask for the work to be carried out the vendor offered. Laura at Haybrooks has been a pleasure to work with shame about the manager.

GoogleVery disappointed! Communication was great for the first few days and after that I literally had to chase for feedback! I wouldn’t have left a comment in normal circumstances but I feel that I have to since I chose them based on google reviews! I wish they wouldn’t request a google review few days after people hand over the property to the them, so my review is solely here to advice people to give it a few good weeks, since they sign you up for 20 weeks contracts, make sure the costumer service stays the same! So just don’t give a review based on the first week and wait to be sure you receive the service you deserve! I personally found it weird to give a review so early and waited until end of contract to leave one! Maybe I was one of the unlucky few, or maybe just one of the few that didn’t give a review at the start!
