Just put Nans house up for sale with Haybrook. I cant praise Chris enough. He was friendly but very professional. Once he gave us a valuation he called us to see how we were doing and did we want to go ahead. We wasnt ready at that time and informed him i would call him when we were. He didnt hassle me at all. But once i called him back he has helped and advised me all the way. Cant praise him enough

Being a first time seller in need of a quick sale due to having an offer accepted on another property, I contacted Haybrook Barnsley for a free valuation as I'd heard about their reputation of being one of the best estate agents in the area. Chris Hancock came to view my property the next day and was very professional and helpful with advice on selling a house which I have zero experience of. My house was photographed and posted on OnTheMarket for sale that very same day. I have every confidence that Haybrook will have no trouble selling my house for me.

I phoned Haybrooks and got a quick valuation date on a Saturday. A few estate agents dont do valuations on a Saturday apparently. Chris Hancock phoned me on the morning of the valuation and then arrived promptly later that day. Very friendly and professional and he picked out all the positive things about the property that would ensure a good price. Within less than 2 weeks of meeting Chris, the property had sold for over the asking price! As soon as viewings had been booked in, we were informed immediately and the agents did the viewings. Excellent customer service all round from this estate agents. Thank you
