I would highly Recommend Haybrooks estate agents to any potential home sellers based on the professional service I have experienced from Jamie Gelder And Stephen Medland at the Barnsley Branch. I have previously sold two properties with Haybrook and am currently in the process of selling a third with them. Haybrook have never disappointed, and on all three occasions have exceeded my expectations compared to to other well known Estate agents I have also previously used. upon my initial enquiry to sell a property, Haybrooks have promptly responded and arranged to come out and discuss a plan to get my property on the market in a quick and timely fashion. Their Listers have given me realistic targets and expectations with a view to a quick sale. They have discussed my position and made a selling plan to suit my needs. Once we had agreed a plan for a quick sale the Listers produced a quality Listing with professional photos advertised on multiple websites and social media to get my property out there! Throughout the process the communication has been outstanding! The negotiators from the office have constantly Kept me updated with regular updates on viewings, feedback or just general info to keep me in the Loop at all stages. I have previously used other well known estate agents on the basis that they have offered me a slightly cheaper service. This however turned out to be false economy as they simply did not get the price or sell my property as quickly and efficiently as Haybrook. Haybrooks Sold my first property within three days of been on the market and my second within one week, they also got me the best price possible! I have now got my third property on the market with Haybrook and after one week they have generated lots of interest. All in all a first class, Professional, honest and reliable estate agents.

Not what I would class as the normal type of estate agent. The experience of buying a house through Haybrook in Barnsley is different to say the least. Its like buying something from your mate. They are all very friendly and helpful. They don't push and are very open and honest. Mel was very pleasant to deal with, Vicky was open and understanding and Jamie's video reviews will become legendary. Would I recommend them? Most certainly. 10 out of 10.

Having seen a few other estate agents before Haybrooks I started to get a bit overwhelmed with the process. However, when Steve came to visit he put my mind at rest, was very clear in the information he provided and made me feel I was in safe hands. He has since gone over and above to help me make the house saleable and the resulting photographs he took of the house made me question whether I really wanted to leave it behind! When it came to selling my house Mel Storey was wonderful! Very kind and made the process fun but was very good at her job and always kept me informed. We decided initially to sell our home through Haybrooks as they still continue to operate on a commission basis while many others do not: we felt that this would mean a more determined approach to selling our house. This could not have been more true. From the initial meeting they were interested and took the time to discuss all options available to us. The photos of our house exceeded our expectations and we were consulted on every picture. The agents were happy to show prospective buyers around on our behalf and considerate of our needs when booking in additional viewings. Feedback was timely and the two negotiators, Sue and Mel, were knowledgable and extremely helpful. This was more evident during our own buying process when we became increasingly frustrated by other estate agents and their lack of interest. Great service all round. I would not hesitate to recommend.

The whole team were excellent, making the process of selling really easy. Jamie was brilliant at advising what we needed to improve to sell, and what would just waste money. He came a few times, kept in touch by phone, and created a listing that really highlighted the key points of the house. Suzanne, Mel and rest of the office team put a lot of effort to get viewings sorted and we sold in about 4 weeks! I'd definitely recommend Haybrooks to anyone looking for an easy selling experience.

I recently sold my house through Haybrook. I received excellent service, on the whole, from Laura, Corinne and Liam. I think that the amount of work that was actually put into selling my house was minimal and didn't warrant my £3300 fee. I, also, at the request of the buyer, made an appointment with an electrician for an inspection, then went to the house to let him in. It wasn't until afterwards that I realised that this was something the agents should have done. They're probably no better or worse than any other agents though.
