Really happy with the service I received from the whole team at Haybrooks. I sold my house with them and the sale went through in around 4 weeks without any issues. I dealt with Hannah mostly and she communicated really well at every point. Even though the fees were higher than their competitors I feel the service received was worth the extra money and would definitely use in future.

Fantastic service, highly recommend. Stephen helped us put our house on the market earlier this year. His knowledge and advice about the local area really put us at ease and solidified our expectations. He was professional and likeable and his passion for property along with his pride in Haybrooks was apparent throughout the consultation. The evaluation was thorough and In keeping with the current market. The property went live online shortly after our consultation on a number of platforms such as the haybrooks website, Rightmove and Facebook. The pictures taken by Stephen were fantastic and very professional, he managed to capture the character of the property really well and we received great feedback from our viewers. A curtesy call from the office explaining ways to help boost our exposure online was appreciated and lead to plenty of interest. Ultimately we sold our house within 4 days of going live at full asking price. The team as a whole were excellent in their communication to both ourselves and our buyers. Any phone call queries we had were answered in a timely manner and we were never worried about chasing anything twice as call backs were always done as promised. Nick Walsham was extremely professional in offering his valuation and taking photographs, instilling us with confidence about the services to be offered by the company. Mel Storey has been invaluable; she has managed the viewing process in a highly efficient manner, being sensitive to our needs and offering sound advice. Chris came out to value our property today at the time agreed and was amazing from start to finish. Very friendly, knowledgable and personable and takes his time to understand your property, circumstances and values when selling your home. He then discussed processes and Haybrooks services with us extensively and answered all questions we had. He pictured our home with care and knowledge and was even supportive in helping us manoeuvre our dog around the pictures being taken! Would definitely recommend.
