GoogleLiam Taylor has been amazing throughout the selling process since he first came out to value our house. He's friendly, approachable, trustworthy and communicates with us to a very high standard. Liam did the house viewings on our behalf and got us an offer within a week which we are very happy with! GoogleWent with Haybrooks due to the good reviews however I have not been impressed.. They promised me there would be lots of interest and were critical of Purple Bricks who I was previously with and said our bungalow was priced too high. I took their word and signed up with them. However, I saw no difference to using Purple Bricks in fact they were worse. After no interest, they kept suggesting for the price to be lowered (why not give me a realistic valuation in the first place). When we did get 2 interested parties, one was very critical of Haybrooks, saying she could not get in touch with them. I had to chase up feedback after a couple of days. Kept getting told the price was too high and I thought well I could just lower it and remain on Purple Bricks for a fraction of the cost. Left Haybrooks and they sent an email stating we would be liable to fees should anyone they have introduced to me buys the property. They mentioned 3 potential buyers, when we had only been introduced to 2. I emailed Stephen to ask why we had not been informed and got no response. I emailed the office and got no response. I'm now leavibg this review seeing as no one wants to explain themselves. They promise a lot and for approx £5000 in fees, actually have done very little and have actually failed to introduce someone who by all accounts was interested in my home. I know Purple Bricks are not for everyone, but for 80% less, they do more or less the same and in terms of managing viewings and feedback, it is not reliant on the Estate agent picking up the phone - which Haybrooks struggled to do.

GoogleI spoke to a lovely sales consultant called Rebecca Raynor. Rebecca was so knowledgeable and gave me lots of advice both on buying a property and selling my own property. She promptly answered all my many questions . She went all out to try and re-arrange a viewing for me and called me right back as promised to confirm the appointment. Haybrook is lucky to have her

GoogleHaving recently bought my first property through Haybrook, I can honestly say the team have gone above and beyond in all aspects. Hannah has been a godsend in the tricky points and has done everything she can to support and move things along when needed, and Laura was super accommodating with additional viewings and allowing access before move in to smooth out the process. Couldn't recommend them both enough!

He provided genuine and professional information which I am extremely grateful for.
