I have recently started selling my mother's property. Chris Hancock came out to the property the day after phoning and he gave me lots of advice and worked with me to understand a valuation and any potential works needed to sell. He explained all the next steps and said he would handle everything else. Which he did. Within 2 days of the listing going live, Haybrooks had secured multiple viewings and an offer at asking price. Someone has always been at the end of the phone for any queries and the service has been amazing. Thank you!

I had the absolute pleasure of Steve come To value my property. He was very professional, punctual and knows the market inside out. I have a saying you get what you pay for and even though Haybrook was a tad more expensive than the other agents who came out, he delivered what he said they would. My home went on the market on the Thursday , viewings happened immediately and was sold in just Over a week. Steve did all the photos my home looked amazing. Contacted Haybrooks to come and value my property. Was contacted by a pleasant young man Chris who organised to come and view the property. He arrived on time as planned and listened to our plans for the property. He had a walk around, measured all the rooms and gave me his valuation. He talked me through the whole process and I was very happy with everything. After lots of deliberations I decided not to use Haybrooks the ONLY reason was there fees were far higher than the other company I had to value the property. Thanks Chris for your time.

Christopher Hancock, their marketing consultant, provided a sympathetic and friendly valuation service at what was a difficult time, and in addition to providing a quality valuation, also gave some advice and recommendations on what the property would benefit from in terms of improvements to enhance both price and saleability. Excellent service. Liam came to see us after the death of my Mum in January. He was very thoughtful at a very difficult time. They arranged to take photos of the property to put it up for sale. These were absolutely amazing and very professional .the bungalow went on the market on the Friday and sold on the Monday. No hassle at all. They didn't hassle us at all which was a bad time. Much appreciation to Liam and also Laura who was there if Liam wasn't available. Thank you both.

OMG where do I start? Trying to arrange a sale for my bereaved elderly dad in Barnsley when I live in Plymouth was never going to be easy but Haybrook smashed it! From Steve coming out to meet with dad (and me via video call), completing the listing, arrange a viewing day with one of their team present so dad didn't get overwhelmed and then passing the heavy lifting to the amazing Hannah.
