We're sorry to hear you're upset. As discussed with a member of our staff on the telephone, the vendor made the decision to cancel all forward booked viewings. Whilst we're sorry you are disappointed, we work for our vendors and must always act on their instructions.

GoogleWorst agency to use specially for property managements. Landlords, please do not use them. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve been trying to contact them and they do not reply back to you neither pick up their phone. Worst mistake I ever made to go to them. Avoid them at all costs

There is a separate branch that deals with lettings for the whole of South Yorkshire and this is situated in the centre of Sheffield. GoogleWe had the pleasure of meeting Steve from Haybrook when he came to carry out our property valuation. He was a breath of fresh air, informative, friendly and answered any questions we threw at him! He listed our property within a few hours of taking the amazing photos. A cut above the rest! In regards to the viewings and sale of our property we liaised with the amazing Mel. She literally went above and beyond for us and helped us with all aspects of selling and purchasing our dream property. I haven’t one bad word to say about the service we received at Haybrook. The staff are a credit to them. Not once did we feel pushed into committing to anything. 5* just isn’t enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. But Amanda (Sales progressor) was brilliant. She was always available when we needed to talk, when questions were asked she knew more about what was happening then the solicitors. If Amanda hadn't dealt with our sale, I think we would still be going through all the process (rubbish solicitors on both sides). She made everything work and move smoothly, even when things didn't go to plan, Amanda took the time to explain things and get things sorted.

GoogleOverall I was satisfied with the service. Hannah did everything she could to reassure me that we would complete on time. Cant fault communication with the branch either by e mail or phone. Just a stressful process with all the hoops to jump through. Having said this these were not Haybrooks hoops.
