Would definitely recommend Haybrook’s if you’re looking to sell your home! I’m a first time buyer and I have been let down by so many agents (not answering calls, emails and queries, not getting me booked in to view, letting me view houses that’s had already been sold for a week!) but when I found and viewed my property with Haybrook’s, they were fantastic! Very friendly and informative, keeping me in the loop at all times, which meant I felt confident offering on the property and happy with them throughout the sale. No query was too small for them to help me out with. If I was looking to sell, that’s what I’d look for in an agent; someone who looks after the buyer as well as the seller, as that’s what makes sales go through smoothly!
