Facebookfrom the very start Mel has been nothing but professional with a great sense of humour and banter which me being a Yorkshire Lass I find great and very reassuring. I would definitely recommend your agency you have been great but still a way to go Mel.

I cannot praise everyone here enough for how easy and stress free they made selling my house.. nothing is too much trouble. Thanks to Jamie for giving me a good valuation which achieved me 10 viewings and full asking price within 2 weeks.. Iβd like to especially thank Mel Storey for everything she did .. keeping me upto date on everything.. helping out with whatever she can to make the experience of selling my house easier, lovely lady! And thanks to Suzanne, Kerry Amanda Gemma and Nick for their help.. I cannot fault Haybrook in any way, definitely recommend to anyone, everytime!!

FacebookExcellent service from the staff in Haybrook Barnsley throughout my recent house sale. From the very first contact with Jamie to book a valuation for my house to accepting an offer through liaising with Mel, the service was always one which couldn't be faulted. The team worked hard to secure numerous viewings on the open day, from which I accepted an offer...just 10 days after the first initial phone call to Haybrooks!!! Mel kept me up to speed with all stages of the house sale and I always felt comfortable phoning Mel to query any points. Having had a brief encounter with another estate agent (for viewing a property) it soon become apparent the difference in quality for customer service. I would highly recommend Haybrook Barnsley to anyone considering selling their property and a big thank you once again for all your help!

From the taking of the photos (done to perfection) to the updates and then when is comes to arranging the viewings we have dealt with Mel who has been very informative and pro active, the feedback was there the day after as promised and even a phone call to informed you that they had rang and left messages if they were unable to contact them so you are not left wondering or chasing them to see if this has been done. Thank you very much οΏ½

FacebookI would like to say how impressed we were with Haybrooks. We have recently sold a two bedroomed terraced house and from the first telephone call to Jamie our valuer to the actual sign going up we sold the house in just over a week !!!! Jamie pitched the price just right we weren't greedy just realistic as we really needed a quick sale. The process was explained to us thereafter in a strategic professional manner with Louise and Laura both being accessible at all times to guide us through the process. Haybrooks were upfront about their fees etc and were honest and transparent throughout. Haybrooks aren't the cheapest but in my opinion are certainly the best when selling. Thank you Haybrooks team ! It worked for us ! Happy Christmas and Success in the New Year.

FacebookI highly recommend Haybrooks in Barnsley. My husband and I were first time buyers who have a 8 month old son. They are friendly and kind and will do anything to make sure you get the Home you are looking for. They listen to what you are wanting and take everything into consideration and put together a handful of houses for you to look at. We had Melanie Storey who was extremely helpful to us all. We're sorry to hear you're upset. As discussed with a member of our staff on the telephone, the vendor made the decision to cancel all forward booked viewings. Whilst we're sorry you are disappointed, we work for our vendors and must always act on their instructions.

GoogleWorst agency to use specially for property managements. Landlords, please do not use them. Itβs been 3 weeks since Iβve been trying to contact them and they do not reply back to you neither pick up their phone. Worst mistake I ever made to go to them. Avoid them at all costs

There is a separate branch that deals with lettings for the whole of South Yorkshire and this is situated in the centre of Sheffield. GoogleWe had the pleasure of meeting Steve from Haybrook when he came to carry out our property valuation. He was a breath of fresh air, informative, friendly and answered any questions we threw at him! He listed our property within a few hours of taking the amazing photos. A cut above the rest! In regards to the viewings and sale of our property we liaised with the amazing Mel. She literally went above and beyond for us and helped us with all aspects of selling and purchasing our dream property. I havenβt one bad word to say about the service we received at Haybrook. GoogleThe staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. But Amanda (Sales progressor) was brilliant. She was always available when we needed to talk, when questions were asked she knew more about what was happening then the solicitors. If Amanda hadn't dealt with our sale, I think we would still be going through all the process (rubbish solicitors on both sides). She made everything work and move smoothly, even when things didn't go to plan, Amanda took the time to explain things and get things sorted.
