I can only say I wish I’d gone to Haybrook straight away! Having had my property on the market for five months, I decided to change estate agents to the Barnsley team. Just a few weeks later and I had an offer from a lovely buyer. Excellent advertisement photographs and fantastic video by Jamie. The communication via telephone and email has been outstanding from Melanie. I am certain that we will reach completion smoothly courtesy of this team. Can’t recommend enough, worth every penny you might have ‘saved’ going elsewhere whilst your property sits unnecessarily stagnant, these guys can sell!

I have never been so annoyed with so many people in all my life. Was told there was no issues with the purchase - turns out 6 weeks after offer acceptance we get told their re-mortgaging and they didn’t know. Really? Then on our sale it comes out on confirmation of a completion date that they don’t have or need a deposit even though most of July/August we was told the deposit was coming from a relative of the purchaser, again they didn’t know. Messed up alot of our viewings as most didn’t turn up and some weren’t even written in the book and a lot of mis-communication between everyone involved. The only person I had no issues with was Jamie who listed the house he was great.

The reason we chose Haybrooks to sell my Mums house was that after doing some internet research they came up as one of the top 10 in the area with 10% of the market. Steve who came round to speak to us was warm, friendly and professional and not at all pushy. The valuation he gave us tied in with other advice we had got. The office team are the same, anything we have asked them to do has been done quickly. We were fairly lucky to get a quick sale but that shows they know the market and gave us a good idea of the price to put the house on at. I know other estate agents have lower fees, but Haybrook have been a pleasure to deal with at a stressful time.

Mel, was great, she was our main contact throught the process and was very attentive and helpful from start to finish. Nothing was too much of an ask. We had a bad experience with our Solicitor but Haybrook kept us up to date with where we were with the sale and made us feel reassured.
