GoogleSH properties have been very helpful with issues that have occurred with the flat I rent as well as my landlord. No complaints. If asked to chase something they do as quick as possible. It has been a pleasant experience for the passed 3 years.

GoogleSH have provided me with tenants for over 10yrs. They are efficient, trust worthy and protect the interests of their clients, both tenants and landlords. The advice and knowledge around the latest developments in letting property is also invaluable. Very impressed with the work ethic of the owner he has provided advice outside normal working hours. I have used other agents in Hendon and they don't compare.

GoogleSH properties is negligent at best, straight up scam artist at worst. Nearly everyone I know who has rented from SH Properties in the past few years has had a bad experience. Some worse than others, but it's not worth the risk. They are very pressuring, they will find any tiny thing to get your deposit, properties always have big problems, sometimes even doing illegal things to get through tax loopholes. You can never have a normal conversation with Steve, he never listens to you. I recommend finding anyone else to rent from.

TrustpilotRented a flat with a lot of unfixed issues
They rented us the apartment with a series of problems to solve, like a worksite, and then they want to enter when they want without respecting the tenant's right to choose priorities and to enjoy the apartment peacefully. Clearly the priorities are decided by them, specifically they made us stay all winter with old windows to suffer from the cold and changed them only when we threatened to call the council, when winter was over. Now suddenly they want to repair the intercom because someone else pays, now that it was broken they didn't tell us at the time of signing the contract as well as all the other problems, so since it is our right to refuse to enter without consent, they keep bothering us that we have to do it by treating ourselves as if we have no rights. A real nightmare

Don't expect any help from them when problems arise! Clearly they are too busy writing fake good reviews online!Apparently it's not their duty to check the conditions of the property before renting, because they are not experts...the manager himself said! They know the property was in poor condition, but still decide to rent (and not for cheap).Also watch out for unpaid bills. They don't bother paying for the council tax and they leave you alone to deal with it.
