Highly misleading company. We were told that the flat had been recently renovated, but it was not true. Broken drawers, leaking toilet, shower not working and mouldy and draughty windows. Don't expect any help from them when problems arise! Clearly they are too busy writing fake good reviews online!

GoogleTerrible at dealing with tenants especially when they leave thier property. It could cause severe mental and ill health on thier tenants regardless and they care less.

Further to your review, I would like to express that we take all reviews, both positive and negative very seriously. After searching our entire database we can find a tenancy agreement with yourself that ended approximately 3 years ago. You confirm in your review that we charge fees to tenants every year even if it was not written in the contract which we strongly refute as we have never charged any landlord or tenant any fees without having a signed agreement. Whether you agree with our fee or not, you entered into an agreement to pay this charge each year before taking over the tenancy. To say that we are 'dodgy greed powered agency' is a total misrepresentation of how our company has run for the last 30 years. We pride ourselves on being honest, professional and fair.
