I let my flat through Daniel Harris in Crouch End. From beginning to end, the service has been 5*. As a first time landlord, Dan helped keep me on track (but never pushy), was straight talking with an honest, no bull approach, and great sense of humour. He helped me organise things and was solution-orientated. Within 2 days he had secured two decent offers. Highly recommend.

She was very helpful, available to answer our questions and doubts even on her day off. She kept us updated with every step of the process and was sure we had all we needed to start this new journey in this new amazing home. Andre Waldron was great. We felt we were working with our friend rather than an estate agent. He patiently showed us a few houses, without pushing anything. When we found the house, he gave us some advice on how to place an offer that would be effective. When we thought everything was fine our buyer pulled out, but Andre managed to convince our seller not to put the house back in the market, giving us time to find another buyer. We were in a big chain, the process wasn't an easy one, but throughout it we were being informed of everything. We highly recommend Martyn Gerrard and Andre Waldron.

We were ready to throw in the towel on our house purchase after our original lender decided they didn't want to offer us a mortgage on the property we loved. If we had been dealing with a less experienced/determined/resourceful estate agent, that would have very much been that. Luckily for us, the guys at Martyn Gerrard weren’t prepared to be beaten that easily and had the gumption (and contacts?) to push for a better result. And it worked. We found a new lender and got the house (of our dreams).

We had a really hard time trying to find a property that my husband I both loved for a very long time. By truly listening to all of our non-negociables, Treon showed us with a beautiful selection of homes.
