James and team at Crouch End MG were persistent in securing a buyer for our flat and ultimately getting a successful sale over the line. We had some challenges with a buyer dropping out in Autumn 2022, but the MG team quickly got the property re-marketed and found us a committed buyer despite the uncertain market conditions. We're grateful for James and team's positive approach and persistence, which meant we completed the sale in early 2023.

They have a user friendly website to upload all the required documents with the help of an AI chatbot. I thank for Gergana all the fantastic support throughout the whole process. GoogleThis is the second property I've sold through Martyn Gerrard. Craig and Ben at the North Finchley office are great. Everything went through smoothly, even during this difficult market, with mortgage rates being high, and buyers a bit thin on the ground. It's sometimes difficult to get through to people on the phone, but worth the effort. I will certainly use Martyn Gerrard again.
