Craig Thompkins, Raphael B, Ben, Fatmir and all the team at Martyn Gerrard did a wonderful job when selling our house in North London. They communicated brilliantly and were always on hand when we needed them. They gave us positive, realistic appraisals of value in a market they know inside out, and made sure to match up our house with buyers who had what needed (chain free, proceedable, committed to buying our lovely house with the funds to do it). Craig, Raphael, Ben and Fatmir were massively supportive, proactive, and kept in contact, as well as having great relationships with us and with prospective buyers. A high value property transaction requires genuine trust in the agent, and the MG team delivered that throughout. It was a brilliant service and l wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig, Raphael, Ben, Fatmir and all the team at Martyn Gerrard.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Martyn Gerard North Finchley, thanks to Gergana. She was incredibly clear in her communication and very easy to deal with throughout the process. She sent timely reminders for viewings and even added another flat viewing on the same day when it became available, showing great flexibility. Gergana was accommodating when I was running 10 minutes late and followed up promptly after the viewing. She truly understood my concerns regarding the property and ensured everything was perfect. Additionally, her colleague who showed me the flats was very friendly, explaining everything in detail and with honesty. Just wanted to give a great review for Suraj Depala at Martyn Gerrard, I think the north Finchley branch. We ultimately found a flat with a different Martyn Gerrard office in a different area, but Suraj was an amazing agent. He was communicative, proactive and understanding. After wanting to see a flat that a different agent never got back to us about (after a few emails and phone calls), Suraj called me about another one, casually suggested the flat we originally wanted and was extremely helpful in arranging a viewing and offer on the flat. Ultimately we missed it because the other agent never got back to us and someone had put an offer on just before we did, but Suraj kept me informed on what was going on. He was helpful and just lovely to work with. Thank you!

As a school PTA we are extremely grateful for the support we have received from MG over the years. Amy in particular has been super helpful. We communicate with her with such ease, she always gets back to us quickly and comes up with suggestions of how we can work together. The team at MG have gone over and above to support us. Being judges at our annual Talent show 🎤 (on a Friday night in a crowded school hall for three hours!). Supervising our bouncy castle at school fetes. Helping with promo.And the regular income we receive from our commitment to families having boards up has been a huge support to us in times of l financial constraints. This has allowed us to purchase things for the school we would not have been able to. As a landlord I have found Martyn Gerrard to be totally professional. The staff are polite, experienced, well informed and extremely hard working.The property game has seen quite a bit of turbulence in recent years, but Martyn Gerrard just keep on delivering a superb service.In particular, my most recent experience with Jess H and Suraj who are both managed by the consistently excellent Andrew E has been a pleasure.Suraj was outstanding in finding, vetting and securing quality tenants. Followed by Jess E who was patient and handled all issues with the utmost professionalism. She did a brilliant job in securing a contract renewal.I like using Martyn Gerrard because it is clear that they ensure that their staff are well trained and operate to the highest standards. It might cost a little extra, but it is worth it. I have peace of mind knowing I have Martyn Gerrard as my agents.

Right from the start, from the first time I called her to enquire about the house she was warm, professional and efficient and we managed to sort a viewing and offer all in one day! It was a process that took many months. David kept a calm head and was reassuring throughout the process. His experience and expertise was evident during the journey of this purchase. As this was my first property purchase, I was learning as we went along the way so it was good to have him on my team. Another great thing about David is that he is always proactive and liaising with the solicitors. Always relaying information back to me as soon as he was aware. First time landlords letting through Martyn Gerrard Southgate Branch, using the fully managed service. Great experience and customer service from your guys Sheriaz Gulzarand and Faisal Azim in your letting team. All issues throughout the tenancy were handled efficiently and professionally. Always helpful explaining everything that was required. Sheriaz was especially patient with all our questions, and I would 100% recommend him. They took the stress out of renting our property. Can't thank them enough. Worked up to and beyond our expectations therefore, we have decided to let Martyn Gerrard to fully manage the tenancy during the agreed term with the rent collection, property maintenance and repairs, etc.
