I'd give them a zero if I could, because they do nothing. As managing agents of a residential block where I am a leaseholder, they're not even doing the minimum towards the upkeep of the building. Complaints about their negligence from the people who live there, the neighbours, the local council ....all fall on deaf ears. Professional ghosts.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, I felt very supported by Declan. My first ever flat viewing was with him and his friendly, positive manner was very reassuring. He was honest and always quick to respond to any questions I had, even when that involved viewing what probably felt like far too many properties! Craig had a similar approach when he conducted my second viewing at the property I ended up buying. He was honest, approachable and also answered questions I had from the point of putting in an offer to completing. Thanks for everything!

Right from the first meeting with Dinesh from Martyn Gerard, he has been professional, empathetic and pro active. The advice he has given us has been spot on.Everyone that we have dealt with in the Winchmore Hill office has been efficient and helpful.There are many estate agents to choose from in the Winchmore Hill area, but I am so glad we chose Martyn Gerard. In the time since we decided to sell the house the whole family has developed a close relationship with the Dinesh. We trust him implicitly and he is guiding us through this process in a sensitive and thoughtful way. We would highly recommend Martyn Gerard in Winchmore Hill to anyone who is looking for an agency.

This is the second time we have used Martyn Gerrard in Barnet. They sold our first house back in 2017 and we were so happy with that experience that we instructed them to sell our current house (October 2023). From the initial valuation visit with Bruvis the whole process has been very straightforward. The team arranged lots of viewings and found us a great buyer. They have been so helpful and efficient and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. I always imagined that selling/buying a property would be very stressful but this has certainly not been the case with Bruvis, Jamie and Anthony.

Martyn Gerrard have been absolutely awful as the managing agents of my flat. I currently have no heat and they were informed a few weeks ago that many of the radiators were working after not working last winter. The heat is not working at all now and there is no emergency number to call. Over the two years I have lived here and large number of repairs this property needs, they have barely responded. The heat has never worked properly, the windows have huge gaps, we had an infestation of mice last winter, all winter, we have had leaks, broken toilets, and more. We have barely had responses. When we do, it takes week, sometimes month and sometimes there is no answer at all. They also seem to try find the cheapest companies they can to repair things and those repairs don’t hold up.

Being over 65 and renting a flat is not easyI had asked other agents and they had said there would be all kinds of problems However the team at Martyn Gerrard have been great they did not seem to see things in the same way and so the process has been very quick once I found somewhereSuraj has been so patient dealing with my many questions especially about parking and permits Thoroughly recommend them
