Really a wonderful experience to rent a house from Martyn Gerrard. Especially thanks Ms Erhan Okay. Felt her enthusiasm from introducing every house to us, helping us to negotiate with landlord, following up all logistics afterwards, .. We are so lucky to meet her to deal with this important matter for us. Thank you.

TrustpilotFantastic experience
Fantastic experience working with Maryn Gerrard, especially after being massively disappointed by working with a national estate agents (initials BE) just before. Realistic, honest valuation. Imaginative, detailed and effective marketing sold my flat within a fortnight. Friendly and supportive help during an unnecessarily long sales process (not down to them). Would recommend Martyn Gerrard (specifically Stewart, James and Declan) to anyone and, as a general principle) use a locally-focused eastate agents!

GoogleI was a first-time buyer and was supported by Ben from Martyn Gerrard throughout the whole process. He gave me the first viewing of the property and was honest and transparent throughout. He always responded to my questions very quickly and went above and beyond to help the sale go through - it was very stressful at times and he helped reassure any issues. I couldn't have done it without him and really appreciate his efforts!

TrustpilotAs as Landlord Avoid this agent at all…
As as Landlord Avoid this agent at all cost, or you will be out of pocket. Lots nice lies to get you sucked into their contract, insurance if need will come though regularly if need which means nothing at the end of the day. Do NOT trust their zero deposit with flat fair as it dose not come though with the full amount. I had them Martyn Gerrard manage my property, from the first months the tenant didn't pay this continue until the tenant did a runner before the court date, their efforts to recover this were none exist throughout the time the tenancy /squatting. Yet they were quick to take their fee when the was the rare insurance pay out, that I had to keep chasing because they didn't from their end. When there was issues with the property for maintenance and I asked them to organise a drain engineer, I was told to google it and organise my self as thats all they would be doing. The were late on promised inspections. Very slow at responding to email. All I can say is just dont put your self what I went though and just avoid them

TrustpilotMartyn Gerrard Barnet - a friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful teamThe Barnet team comprising bruvis
The Barnet team comprising bruvis, Jamie and anthony (at time of writing) are courteous, professional and friendly. This was a tricky sale due to market conditions but bruvis was a very reassuring presence providing good advice. anthony and Jamie are very enthusiastic when conducting viewings and I was impressed by how persuasive they were about the flat I was selling. But these guys are also very courteous and friendly. I'm a blind person and I found all three very keen to help me when we were setting up the marketing literature and on the one occasion I viewed another Barnet property. Overall, the Barnet office of Martyn Gerrard are a great team to have on your side.

Martyn Gerrard Finchley provided a great service, honest guidance and help at a very stressful time, during the sale of my late Mother’s house. Craig Thompkins and Ben Power handled everything with professionalism and care, keeping me appraised of viewings regularly. They are a friendly approachable team who I would hesitate to recommend.

TrustpilotProfessional and genuine
We met Dinesh when viewing properties in Winchmore Hill. He was very patient and understanding as we couldn’t quite find what we were looking for. When we finally found our property, Dinesh did all he could to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. We were in a challenging chain but he maintained his professional and calm demeanour. One of the nicest and most amenable estate agents we’ve met.
